We all owe a debt of gratitude to the Boy Scouts of America, for it is through this fine organization that millions of young boys throughout the country are being trained to take on the responsibilities that will one day be theirs as American citizens. In the Boy Scouts, each boy is pledged to Build, Serve and Achieve, and fo do his best always. Because of this-excellent training in the formative years, we are confident that the Boy Scout of today will grow up into the kind of man who will someday provide the best leadership for our country.
