Has the credibility of a news department been damaged by failing to tell its viewers about one of the biggest local news stories in Sioux City until after most of them had gone to bed? Only time will tell.

Among the shows that caught Miller's eye: A fast-pace comedy titled "Channel One," built along the lines of the old "SCTV" program on NBC; a sequel to "The Brain" series titled "The Search for the Mind," and a 10-part documentary titled "Television" that studies the history and influence of the medium.
