There was present a quorum as required by law. Thereafter and on said day there was filed the foregoing estimate. t Thereafter said estimate was duly considered by the council. The council being fully advised finds that a date of hearing on said estimate should be fixed and it does fix the 26th day of July, A. D. 1961, at the hour of 8 P.M. of said day as the date of hearing, said hearing to be had at the City Hall in Algona, Kossuth County, Iowa. The City Clerk was directed to publish or post the estimate and notice of hearing as required by law in the Kossuth County Advance of said county. Publication to be for one insertion and to be at least ton days prior to the date set for hearing.
