He is a major in food distribution at Western Michigan University, 'and the actual experience angle is part of the course of study. Students alternate a semester of college work with semesters of supervised work experience as they prepare for super market management careers. His father owns the Consumers Market in Algona. The incident occurred on a farm while the plaintiff was talking with some other men (and the defendant allegedly demanded payment of a bill. Dale of the incident was Sept. (7, 1960. In the other ncJw case, Home Federal Savings acid Loan of Algona seeks equity through foreclosure of a mortgage on property owned by Joseph and Marie D. Crowlcy, Bancroft. The petition states $5,078.73 is due on a promissory note originally issued by the plaintiff fpr $6,500 May 15, 1955. A divorce petition was filed by Peggy Sue Koth, plaintiff, against Marlin KJoth. The plaintiff charges cruel and inhuman treatment. The couple were married Aug. 3, 1959 and there art no children.
