Chill until lukewarm; stir in rice and chill until thickened but not set.. Add remaining lemon juice to chilled milk; beat until stiff. Fold in thickened gelatin mixture, and nuts. Turn into IS quart mold and chill until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings. : : .
