Crude oil and gasoline Imports showed a market decline in July compared to June before the excise tax on imports of these commodities became effective. Figures made public today by the commerce department showed a decline in Imports of crude petroleum from 262,292 barrels daily in June to 49,205 in July, the lowest daily average In many years.
