Quite a battle took place yesterday evening in the family of Robert Hendricks, who resides a short distance west of the city. The disturbance commenced about watering the stock, and for a time was waged with vigor and de-fc termination. Robert Hendricks had a gash cut on his head.

James, one of his sons, had a badly sprained ankle, ami another brother a black eye. Two of the boys, James and Nolen, came in to-day and plead guilty to assault on Robert Hendricks before Esq.
