Wool Kobart Will Present Program Here Miss Ruth Kobart, soprano, of New York City, will be presented in a program entitled "A Mezzo Soprano's Outlook-1950" at the October luncheon meeting of the Temple sisterhood Jeshurun. The meeting will be at 1 p. m. Tuesday at the temple, Fifty-first street and Grand Kobart was an original member of the New York Summer Opera called Lemonade Opera, with which she sang for three seasons.

Good Reviews. Her interpretation of the role of the in "Hansel and Gretel" was cited in the annual "Off-Broadway Bests of the Year" edition of Show-Business. Her role of "The Duenna" in Prokofieff's opera of the same name was called outstanding by the New York Times. Mrs. McAfee Will Address Women's C. of C. Mrs. Wallace McAfee, a counselor for the Family Society of Des Moines, will be guest speaker at the regular luncheon meeting of the women's department of the Chamber of Commerce Thursday noon at Younkers tearoom.
