The death has been ruled a homicide. No local services are planned and burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in College Park, Ga. Mr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and moved to Des Moines two weeks ago from Jonesboro, Ga. He had been a manicurist at Nail Trust.

His survivors, all of Forest Park, include, his mother and stepfather, Tien Thi and Long Thanh Nguyen; three brothers, Hung, David and Tuan; and four sisters, Tarn, Chi, Hanh and Linh. O'Malley, 96, of Arlington, died of a heart attack Monday at Cherrydale Health Care Center there, where she had lived six years.
