He was preceded in death by his father, Sammy Junior Willis; and a niece, Mary Jane Willis.

Visitation will be held at Tuesday from 7 to 9 pan. at Kiser Funeral Home in Greeneville. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Liberty Hill U.M. Church.

Burial will be at the church cemetery. George W. Bloyd George W. Bloyd, 78, of DeKalb, died Saturday, May 25, 1991 at his home. He was born Dec.

16, 1912, in Springfield, the son of George W. and Bertha (Kite) Bloyd. He married Florence B. Seisser in Sycamore, Sept 4, 1937. He was a carpenter, employed by Wilbur Lehman Construction for over 25 years and was formerly employed by the Nehring Electric Works in DeKalb.

He was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in DeKalb, a member of Carpenters Union Local 790 in Dixon, a member of the Northern Illinois Steam Power Club and an avid metal detector hobbyist He is survived by his wife, Florence of DeKalb; two sons, Arlo (Donna) Blloyd of DeKalb, Russell (Bobbi) Bloyd of Sycamore; two grandchildren, Aaron and Michelle Bloyd of Sycamore; two brothers, Leslie (Saima) Bloyd of DeKalb, Harry (Viola) Bloyd of Cortland and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister. Funeral services will be held 11 ajn. Wednesday at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church with the Rev. Antti Lepisto officiating.

Burial will be at the Fairview Park Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 pjn. today at the Anderson Funeral Home. Charlotte Durham Charlotte L. Durham, 71, of Genoa, died on Saturday, May 25, 1991, at the Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

She was born on October 17, 1919, in DeKalb, the daughter of Clemens and Lucille (Cusson) Kirchner. She married Milton H. Durham on August 6, 1940, in DeKalb. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Genoa. Survivors include four sons, Larry (Laura) Durham of Conro, Texas, Randy (Mary Fran) Durham of Dallas, Texas, Robert (Camilla) Durham of Genoa, and Kerry Durham of Genoa; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pjn. Wednesday at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home, in Genoa. Burial will follow in the Genoa Cemetery. Visitation will be held tonight from pjn.

at the funeral home. Charles Fagenbush Charles L. Fagenbush, 58 of Phoenix, formerly of DeKalb, died Sunday, May 19, 1991, at Phoenix Veteran's Hospital. He was bora July 24, 1932, at Sidney, the son of William and Rose (Hogan) Fagenbush. He married Patricia Ann Filby, Sept 13, 1980, at Lake Tahoe, Nev.

He attended the Malta Schools and graduated from the Scottsburg, High School. He worked for the DeKalb Foundry, Corey and Evans Trucking and Johnson Ready Mix in DeKalb. He moved to Phoenix in 1966 and worked for the Western Gillette Company, the Jenny Freight Lines and Hub Trucking, all of Phoenix. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Clubs in DeKalb and Phoenix and the Masonic Lodge and VFW of Phoenix. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Phoenix; four children, Chris (Sue) Fagenbush, Casa Grand, Catherine (Charles) McKin-ley, Yuma, Paula and Jeffery Fagenbush, both of Phoenix; two step-daughters, Kathy (David) King, Payson, Debbie (Frank) Bayliss, Salinas, Calif; one grandson and several step-grandchildren; two sisters, C.

Catherine Fagenbush of DeKalb, Rosemary (John) Sepich of Belvidere and one aunt He was preceded in death by bis Police DeKalb Saturday Theft A Mr. Ramadan of DeKalb reported to police on Saturday that his car had been removed while he was out of town. Ramadan allegedly left his vehicle parked in the lot at 919 Ridge Street for the duration of last week. The car was locked, and Ramadan retained possession of the keys. Upon his arrival back into DeKalb to remove some items from the car, he found it gone.

The vehicle was valued at $4,000. Burglary to Automobile Christopher D. Thompson, 17, of DeKalb, and Keith Barnes, 22, of DeKalb, where arrested Saturday and charged in connection with burglarizing automobiles in the 99 block of N. 10th Street DeKalb police received a call reporting two males allegedly going through cars in the area, and on investigation observed a subject bent over inside a light creme colored Buick. Another male was reportedly observed inside the front passenger area.

The subjects were apprehended at gunpoint and handcuffed, after which they were taken to the Police Department for booking and eventually to the DeKalb County Jail. County Sunday DUI Jay E. Herrmann, 24, Sycamore, was charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident According to police, at approximately 12:09 Herrmann allegedly drove off East County Line Road near St. Mary's church in Maple Park where he struck an electric pole. Police state the vehicle's left front tire came off, but Herrmann was able to drive away, the vehicle was found later abandoned on Airport Road.

Herrmann was later found walking on Airport Road. He was determined to be be under the influence and alcohol and taken to the DeKalb County Jail where he bonded out. Accident Two people were hurt in a one-vehicle accident at happened at 7:03 pjn. on Cherry Valley Road. According to the report Barbara J.

Calendo, 17, was eastbound on Cherry Valley Road, when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the roadway, went into a ditch, flipped over twice before coming to rest on its roof. Calendo and a passenger in her vehicle, Ryan M. McNeal, 18, Kirkland, were taken to St. Anthony's Medical Center in Rockford. McNeal was treated and released.

Calendo is in the hospital's neuro-intensive care unit and listed in serious condition. DUI A Rockford man was charged with driving under the influence and passing in a no passing zone after nearly colliding with a county sheriffs officer. According to the report the incident occurred at 8:32 pjn. on Genoa Road. Joseph E.

McMain, was northbound on Genoa Road when he attempted to pass another vehicle in a no passing zone, forcing the motorist off the road. McMain allegedly almost struck an oncoming DeKalb County sheriff Police squad car head-on and forced the squad car off the road. The officer was able to stop McMain who failed the field sobriety test. He was arrested and posted bond. Tuesday DUI According to police at 12:30 police clocked David L.

Ames doing 75 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 23, near Maplewood Drive. He was stopped and charged with driving under the influence and speeding. He was taken to the county jail awaiting bond. Vandalism Sheriffs police received a number of complaints of criminal damage to property to mail boxes and other miscellaneous acts of vandalism and mischief on Dunkery Court, Rowantree, Nichols and Sparkhayes north of Sycamore. The callers told police the damage took place between 9 and 10 pjn, Sunday and were done by three local juveniles.

Hubbard, 60, of Kankakee, formerly of Sycamore died Monday, May 27, 1991, at Riverside Hospital in Kankakee. He was born July 11, 1930 in Sycamore, the son of Richard and Sadie (Gardner) Hubbard. He had been a construction worker and Sycamore police officer. He was in the U.S. Navy from 1947 to 1951.

He was a member of the Sycamore American Legion Post 99, and the Sycamore Moose Lodge 1506. He is survived by two daughters, Robin (Terry) Hensley of St Anne and Kelly Hubbard of Kankakee; two sons, Scott (Joanne) Hubbard of Manteno and Andrew Hubbard of Kankakee; two sisters, Dorothy (Don) Wolfe of Sycamore and Betty Hubbard of Sycamore; five grandchildren and several nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 9 pjn. at the Quiram-Sycamore Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:30 pjn. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Sycamore. Jimmy Lee Willis Jimmy Lee Willis, 31, of Greeneville died Saturday, May 25, 1991, at Cherokee Lake.
