Those present were A. M. Kollasch, Chairman, & Lawrence Newbrough, Garry McDonald, Andrew Relsing & Earnle Schmidt. Absent: none. Motion by McDonald & seconded by Relsing that 2nd quarterly report of Soldier Relief Comm. be approved. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough & seconded by Schmidt that cigarette permit be issued to Algona Aviation Serv. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried.
