KOSSUTH COUNTY, IOWA A 6-inch diameter liquefiable fertilizers pipeline commencing at a point in the South line of Section 35, T 94N, R 27W, Kossuth County, Iowa, said point being 2000' West of the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence N 30 degrees E across said Section 35 at a distance of 1000' to a point; thence N 72 degrees E across said Section 35 to a point in the East line of said Section 35, and the West line of Section 36, T 94N, R 27W, said point being 1500' North of the Southeast corner of said Section 35; continuing N 72 degrees E across said Section 36 to a point in the East line of said Section 30, and the West line of Section 31, T 94N, R 26W, and the East line of Kossuth County, Iowa, and the West line of Hancock County, Iowa, said point being 1700' South of the Northeast corner of said Section 36.
