The complainant noted the other woman and her husband are in the process of divorcing, and the alleged offender "does not like that he is communicating with (the complainant)." A Deatsville woman told deputies that someone is using the Internet to try and rent a house the woman owns.

According to sheriff's reports, someone posted an online notice that the house was available for rent at $650 a month. The property owner said this is not the first time someone has tried to rent out her home without her knowledge. May 19 A Marbury resident reported that someone came onto his stole two window air conditioning units valued at $130 each, along with 100 feet of copper wire having an estimated value of $200. May 21 A resident of Pine Lake Drive reported that she and another woman were standing in the yard of her home when a third woman, who was driving a Lincoln Navigator, "came into the yard and tried to run over" the resident and her guest. Nobody was injured in the incident, and the complainant said she couldn't think of any reason for the motorist's action except, "the set of tires on the vehicle belonged to (the witness)." An Autaugaville woman told deputies that her 15-year-old daughter was in the parking lot of the BP station on Alabama Highway 14 West when a 42-year-old woman hit the teen in the arm and head with a pistol.

The youngster told her mother the woman who attacked her was "upset because (the teen) walked through her yard" on the way to the gas station-convenience store. Don Fletcher property "during daylight hours" and stole a homemade 12-foot utility trailer from his backyard. A Prattville man, 45-year-old Micheal Edwin Palmer, was arrested on warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance. An Allenville Road resident reported that a man with whom she lives "started an argument over her not going to the store and buying him a Dr. Pepper." According to reports, the man was "screaming and yelling at her at the top of his lungs." The alleged offender reportedly grabbed her foot and yanked her off her couch, then shoved her back down and held her by the throat when she attempted to get up.

The woman said she finally got one of her hands free and struck her assailant "a couple of times" to get him off her. A witness backed up the woman's story and told deputies that the couple was "nose-to-nose" during the argument.
