Auditor BOARD PROCEEDINGS EIGHTEENTH DAY JULY 14, 1967 SPECIAL JUNE SESSION The Board of Supervisors met pursuant to adjournment. Those present were A. M. Kollasch, Garry McDonald, Lawrence Newbrough and Andrew Reising. Absent: None. Motion by Reising and seconded by Newbrough that A.M. Kollasch be appointed Chairman for the rest of the year 1967. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by McDonald and seconded by Newbrough that Kossuth County enter into" a contract with the City of Algona in operationof ambulance service for Kossuth County. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by Reising that estimated county expenditures for the year 1968 for ADC be approved in amount of $36,841.40. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by McDonald and seconded by Reising that gasoline contract for Kossuth County be awarded to DX Sunray Co., Waterloo at .057 discount. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by McDonald and seconded by Newbrough that stabilized base contract be awarded to Everds Bros., Algona. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by Reising that shouldering contract be awarded to Everds Bros., Algona. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Reising and seconded by McDonald that bond of Ernie Schmidt, Ottosen, for member of Kossuth County Board of Supervisors be approved. Ayes: all. Nays; none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by McDonald that the Bd. of Supervisors approve appointment of Mayor, Wm. Finn, for administrator of the Joint Ambulance Service & emergency radio facilities. Ayes: all. Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by McDonald that Andrew Reising be appointed 1st manager of Co. Farm and Earnle Schmidt by made 2nd man. Ayes: all. Nays: none.
