Brown the ham lightly in this on both sides. Add the wine and cook ham slowly in this until wine is reduced to about 2 Tbsp. Put the ham on a hot platter to keep warm. Add flour to wine end blend until smooth. Slir in chicken broth and simmer sauce for 1 minute. Stir in cream. Pour sauce over ham and serve. Serves 4. "Do not use cooking wine for it is too salty for ham.
