As classes resume in our public schools, I can't recall a year in which so much change and uncertainty Will the state take over as many as six IPS schools? By the end of this month, the state Board of Education will decide whether to take that unprecedented step taking away control from the local district and turning it over to a nonprofit organization or private company with those under discussion in other districts.
