Mom got to know and love the hospital staff during her frequent visits with her precious husband. Visiting with Dad was what she looked forward to everyday. She so missed him not being at home with her. Mom's greatest joy. in life was her children.

Oh, how she adored her children. She loved them all equally. She loved and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She dearly loved all of her children's spouses. Being a wonderful motherin-law came easy and naturally to her.

She deeply loved everyone in her family. She loved going to Church with Dad at the VA Hospital Chapel, she loved living a good Christian life and doing good things for others. She was always thinking of what she could do to help others have a better life. We never heard her say an unkind word to anyone or about anyone She always looked for the best in everyone. Everyone always said," You have the sweetest She truly was an angel, and her legacy of being such a loving, king, sweet, caring, generous, and thoughtful person will warm our hearts with incredible pride for as long as we live.

Forest Ranger Station in Bedford, Wyoming. She was the middle child of nine living children in the Davis family. She had two brothers: Roy and Denis and six sisters: Doris, Reah, Zoy, Ora, Verna. Her early hood was spent on Davis on January lla, and childa farm Dignity just west of Afton, Wyoming. She loved the days she spent riding horses because she loved the outdoor life very much.

Her mother died when she was just eight years old she was required to carry additional responsibilities at home. Her father later remarried and she also had a half-sister named MaryJo. After finishing school, she moved to South Dakota to live with her sister Reah and husband Clarence. e. In an effort to find work in South Dakota, she met Lydia Hansen in a hair salon.

Lydia offered her a position as a waitress in their restaurant, The De Lux Soon after beginning work at the she met Lydia's younger brother George who also worked at the restaurant. They were soon married at the parsonage of the First Congregational Church in Selby, South Dakota on September 19, 1939. In 1940, George and Theo purchased the De Lux from Lydia and Emil Hansen. This little became their first of many future business purchases. Their home was just above the making it easy for them to work their 6 am to 10 pm schedule in the restaurant.

After George served in the U.S. Army during WWII from 1943 to 1946, they sold the De Lux and bought the Sereno in Mobridge, South Dakota. In this time, God began to richly bless their hard work and their business prospered greatly. They were able to expand the to build the Piggly-Wiggly Super Market. Soon after, they also purchased the- Trail Silver Grill and the Mark Motel.

George and Theo were also blessed with four children: Mark Kronwald, Mary Jane Farr, David Kronwald, and Kathy Lavin. Her son David battled with asthma and doctors recommended moving to a warmer climate. In 1963, they sold their many investments and moved to dry Phoenix, Arizona. In AZ, they purchased a restaurant in Scottsdale called the Copper Kettle Restaurant. Just three years later, they sold the Copper Kettle and began a partnership in the Sir George's Royal Buffet.

This change moved the family to Mesa, Arizona where they could work together in the family business. George and Theo worked in Sir George's for twenty six years. She will be remembered fondly by the Sir George's family and customers as the smiling face and driving force the restaurants. Her energy, hard work and welcoming disposition were at the center of the success of this family business. George and Theo loved to travel together.

The restaurant business afforded them opportunities to visit many different countries. Among their favorite trips were a trip to visit the Holy Lands of Jerusalem and their last trip together to Alaska shortly before George's health began to fail. In 1987, George was diagnosed with Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy and he battled the disease for which there was no cure for many years. He went home to be with the Lord on December 14, 1991. Theo was a vigorously hard worker.

Even when their many decades of work in the restaurant business came to a close, she continued to work very hard at whatever she was doing. She always loved the outdoors and could make just about anything grow. She also kept very busy with her fourteen active grandchildren. Most impressive of all of her many accomplishments was the way she lived vigorously for the Lord. She had a committed faith in Jesus and lived for His glory.

Even though she was burdened with dialysis for her last six years, she continued to live a life of faith and thankfulness that touched all of the numerous people that she met and those who cared for her. She continued to live active and alone in her home until an injury from a fall on October 22, 2005. After many months of care, she returned to her home with the help of her loving caregiver Aurica Salagant. After spending time with her entire family, she went to be with the Lord peacefully from her home on October 22, 2007. Her legacy of faith lives on in her four children and her fourteen grandchildren: Michelle Filleman, Melissa Johnson, Matthew Kronwald, Marcus Kronwald, John Kronwald, Jaclyn Kronwald, Jordan Barclay, Jamie Kronwald, Brandon Lavin, Jennifer Schuknecht, Ryan Lavin, Monica Savory, Katie Lavin and Paul Savory.

She is survived by eight great-grandchildren: Elijah Johnson, Davis Filleman, T.J. Johnson, Jack Kronwald, Dylan Lavin, Parker Filleman, Logan Johnson and Lily Barclay.
