E-sj A 7 see Continues Case in Bingham Special to The Tribune BINGHAM Case was continued Monday for a Bingham defendant arrested Dec. 5 in a raid on four Bingham Canton taverns. Justice of the Peace Harold Chesler said the case of the defendant, one of nine arrested, has been asked to be continued indefinitely. THE OTHER EIGHT have forfeited $25 bail each. The case continuing is an illegal possession of liquor charge against Tony Xanthos, said Justice Chesler.

Mr. Xanthos attorney and Bingham City Attorney T. Donald Creer have asked for an indefinite continuation of this case, he said. OF THE NINE arrested in the raids triggered by the Balt Lake County Grand Juiy, six were charged with gambling and three including Mr. Xanthos were charged with the illegal possession of liquor.
