several years The body was placed in a receiving vault in Kansas City rand permanent disposition will be made later 1 I SHERIFFS FORCE 'AFTER NELSON BENGE Nelson Benge charged with the murder of Floyd Baldridge on the night of October 29th and who was released from the county jail under a thousand dollar appearance bond la on the 'scout' and Sheriff Gay and deputies are unable to locate him Baldridge was shot on October 28th and after lingering for nearly two months diadem December 16th at a Muskogee hospital where ho had been taken In hopes that an operation might save his life Benge waa arrested by Sheriff Gay the next day after the fatal shooting and remained in the county jail until November 29th without any charge being filed against him when he was released under a 1100000 students of Sallisaw said is much prettier than our tree The school seems to have been so successful in every effort that they have decided to try something more difficult We are going to have a Pressley Albert Thrasher spent Saturday night with Jeff Lessley Tom Lessley and family visited Mr Christmas Mrs Lessley and "children visited Mrs Thrasher Monday The home of Mr Masses who lived near this place burned Sunday Dec 25 His son was also burned to death Clifton McEver and Arvil Martin-dale are making their drives to Mer-shon now Henry Pressley and family spent Sunday and Sunday night
