Antiques, Style Show Highlights Of Program A display of antique cookie cutters and a fashion show of furs highlighted the Monday evening meeting of members of the Junior Woman's Club of Lebanon. The women met at the Coleman Memorial Hall of Christ Presbyterian Church. Mrs. James T.

Reilly presided. The Cultural Heritage Division of the Fine Arts Department of the Club set up the antique cookie cutter display. The fur fashion show was presented by Sears of the Lebanon Plaza. Participating in the opening ceremonies were Mrs. Robert Lee, Mrs.

Neal Borngardner. 2 Parties Held At VA Hospital Two social activities for patients at the Lebanon Veterans Administration Hospital-were held Monday evening. The American War Mothers from Hershey sponsored a Christmas party in the recreation room of Building 18. Fifty patients attended. The American War Mothers, Laurel Chapter, sponsored a games party in tha social room of Building 22.

Homer P. Fegan, who reside at Stevens Towers, 930 Willow are receiving congratulations today on the observance of their 53rd wedding anniversary. Mrs. Fegan is the former Malinda Sechrist. Her husband, a former Lebanon County sheriff, is a retired Pennsylvania Turnpike employe.

Page IT Fete Boost Children At Yule Event The Christmas spirit was raised high recently as Santa Claus, presents and cartoons found their way into the lives of the Lebanon County Boost children. The children were n- tertained at a Christmas theatre party held at the Colonial Theater. It was sponsored by the Summer Boost Parents Group. Summer Boost or Boost I is conducted at St. Mary's.

Roman Catholic Church. All children involved in the Summer Boost, St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Boost II and Covenant United Methodist Church Boost II programs were invited to the party, Also invited were the entire of the Boost children. Nearly 300 persons attended including teachers and aides -from the various 1 Boost Centers. Following several cartoons, shown by the personnel of the theater, Santa Claus (Oran Kurtz) presented gifts to all the Boost children and to their brothers and sisters.

These gifts were donated by businessmen and residents of Lebanon through an appeal made by Father Joseph C. Coyne, director of Lebanon Office of Catholic 'Social Services. Refreshments and other contributions were also donated. The event was coordinated by Mrs. Minnie Albright, caseworker, Lebanon Office of Catholic Social Services.

The theater party was mainly financed by a product sale which was conducted by the Summer Boost Parents Group. Officers recently elected were: president, Mrs. Eleanor Weikel; vice- president, Alicia Rivera; treasurer, Fern Lazado, and secretary, Joan Morales. Assisting with the ways and means project were Mrs. Ellen Belleman and Airs.

Adeline Voter. Boost programs provide pre- first grade educational experiences for nearly 60 children in Lebanon County. It is operated almost entirely by volunteer workers. Robert Ulrichs Wed 25 Years Mr. and Mrs.

Robert W. Ulrich of 626 E. Walnut Palmyra, are celebrating their silver wedding anniversary today. The Ulrichs were married in the First Evangelical Con' gregational Church of Lebanon Dec. 15, 1945.

Mrs. Ulrich is the former Mae Ross, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Ross of 24 Moravian St. Her husband's parents are Mr.

Committee Appointments Made By Visiting Nurse Association Members of the board of directors of the Visiting Nurse Association on Monday commenced their sixtieth year of service to area citizens. Club Cites Girl At Yule Social Miss Charlotte Graham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Graham, 1829 Thompson has been named Girl of the Month by the Cleona Woman's Club.

She is a senior at Annville- Cleona High School where she is enrolled in the academic course. Her school activities are: president of Future Teachers of America; treasurer of Future Homemakers of America; secretary of National Honor Society; member of Yearbook Staff; German tutor and Senior High Chorus member. Charlotte is a member of God's Missionary Church in Lebanon where she is assistant pianist of the youth group. Her future plans are to attend Susquehanna i- versity and become a certified public accountant. She and her mother were guests of the club at its Monday evening meeting held 'at the Cleona ElempntRry School.

They were introduced by Mrs. I a i Schmehl, education chairman. A charm bracelet was presented to Charlotte for receiving the Girl of the Month honors. She spoke to the club members on Hie activities of Future Teachers of America. The Christmas social began with a covered dish sunper.

Society Holds Dinner Party Twelve members of ths Society of Farm Women Group Six attended a Christmas dinner party Monday evening at the Dutch Diner, Palmyra. Mrs.

LeRoy Patches was In charge of the program. Mrs. David Myers read the Christmas Story and led the singing of carols. Mrs. Charles Pittenger showed a religious film strip.

The business session was conducted by the newly-installed president, Mrs. Herbert Roush. She announced following new chairmen: Mrs. Clyde Fetter, Mrs. Patches, sunshine, and Mrs.

Benjamin Krall, bake sale, Three members will represent the group at the''state convention in January, Mrs. Roush, Mrs. William Gloss and Mrs. Fetter. The women voted to give $100 donation to Andy's Fund in care of the Jaycees of Jonestown.

The next meeting will be Jan. 18 at the home of Mrs. Patches, Lebanon RD 3. It will be an afternoon and evening meeting to make cancer. dressings.
