David is survived by his wife, Nagla and two daughters, Yasmeen and ages 2 years and 6. months. David was the son of Phyllis and Dr. Deen Ameerally and the brother of Mark Ameerally and Shereen Fahey. He was educated at Suffield Academy CT; Clark University, MA; and Boston University where he completed his M.B.A.

David worked in the banking sector in Boston and Phoenix, and later as an economist for the Department of Transportation in Arizona, until he became involved in a private business together with his brother Mark in Scottsdale. He was a fountain of resource and information, always ready to help everyone. David will be greatly missed by his family, friends, colleagues and workers, all of whom loved, treasured and cherished him for his many talents. His intellect and impeccable manners, coupled with a loving and giving hearty will always be remembered by everyone he met David was forever a true gentleman. iS Manual I "tl i i i va enzue a age 74 of Tucson passed away on Nov. 15, 1999. The Valenzuela fami ly began when Manuel and his childhood sweetheart Isabel married and had 6 beautiful children. He then joined the Army and proudly served in WWII. He retired in 1986 as a member of Teamster Union 104.

Manuel remained active as a member of American Legion Post 41 Manuel is remembered by his family and friends as a man full of life, a source of wisdom and guidance, with great regard and respect of his accomplishments as a father, mentor, and provider. BILL GOODIN BILL GOODIN died on November 15, 1999, in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 82 after a brief illness. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Petroleum Information, a Denver, Colorado based company until his retirement in 1986. Bill and his three brothers, Maury, George and Ed were born in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1941 with a degree in economics. Bill served four years in the Air Force and Army.

He was a board member of the University of Colorado Foundation, Swedish Hospital Foundation, director of the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Association, an original member of the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen, member of API, IPAMS, Association of Petroleum Writers and co-founder and member of the Rocky Mountain Petroleum Pioneers and member of the Wilshire Presbyterian Church in Denver. He helped form the Denver Petroleum Club and was a past director and past president of the Club and was named Man of the Year in 1962. In 1986, Bill was named Wildcatter of the Year by the Independent Petroleum Association of Mountain States. Additionally, he served on the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission under Governors Love, Vanderhoof and Lamm. Bill co-founded Petroleum Information in 1946 with his brother Maury and was later joined by brothers George and Ed.

He is survived by Emily, his wife of 53 years. He is also survived by his daughter Sue Goodin and her two children, Jonathan Bach and Kim (Bach) Oliva and Kim's husband William Oliva and son, Morgan Franklin Oliva; and by his son Charles Goodin and his wife Mary Ann and their three children, William, Katie and Megan. A service will be held in Denver, Colorado at the Wilshire Presbyterian Church on S. Colorado on November 23, 1999 at 3:00 PM where he will be laid to rest.
