Bruhn, 75, Fenton, who died at 4:55 a.m.

April 17 in Palo Alto County Hospital, will be given funeral services at 2 p.m. Friday in St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Fairville, south of Fenton. The Rev. Gary Dassow will officiate.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Reese-Henry Funeral Home, Fenton, until noon on Friday. Mr. Bruhn was born June 27, 1898 at Cylinder to Mr. and Mrs.

William Bruhn. He was educated in rural Depew schools and was married to Alvina Bleckwenn on Oct. 3, 1929 in Humboldt. He farmed in the Cylinder-Fenton area until he retired to Fenton in 1963. He was a member of St.

Luke's Lutheran Church, Fairville. Survivors include his wife, Alvina of Fenton; one son, Howard Bruhn, Cylinder; one daughter, Mrs. Roscoe (Mildred) Sigmund, Boone; six grandchildren; one brother, Alfred, Emmetsburg; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Bleckwenn, Emmetsburg, Mrs. Rudy Hanover, Whittemore, and Mrs.

Ed Tietz, Algona. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, two sisters and one grandson. Tuttles Host Egg Hunt At Terril TERRIL A community children's Easter Egg Hunt was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Tuttle and family on Saturday afternoon, with the older Tuttle children, Danny, Brenda and Billy helping.

Attending the Easter activity were Netti Tuttle, Todd and Peri Sue Nance, Penny and JoDee Schomaker, Brenda and Sheila Besaw, Scott Rouse, Kelly Wempe, Joey, Loree and Jeff Holmberg, Randy, Cammeron and Heath Baker, Shane Jepsen, Mark Baedke, Kay Cushman, Anne Fairchild, Terry and Tracy Clark, Walter Goedicke, Amber Schnell, Anne Hoppe, Jon Wilson, Sara Lentz, Richie and Jamie Anderson, Darci Edmunds, Curt, Kim and Kelly Sorbo, David and Danny Olson. The children finding eggs with writing on them won extra prizes. David Olson won the drawing for a large prize. Earl Tuttle and his granddaughters, Margaret and Melinda Tuttle, of Estherville also attended the Easter egg hunt. Walling ford Man Charged ESTHERVILLE Stanley Allen Nitchals of Wallingford has been charged with breaking and entering in connection with an incident of April 8 at Est- therville Scrap Iron and Metal Co.

Bond was set by the county magistrate at $2,000 and 10 percent or $200 was posted. He was released pending hearing in Third Judicial District Court. Scout executive, Bob Hedley, led the meeting attended by 30 area Boy Scout and Cub Scout leaders. Tickets for the annual Scout Skillshows at Spencer and Estherville on May 4th, were distributed. Scouting will sell tickets to earn patches, kerchiefs and other larger prizes.

The Terril scouts will attend, the skillshow at the Estherville National Guard Armory. The local Pinewood Derby held last week made eligible 12 cars in speed and 12 cars in craftsmanship for competition in Estherville. Freak Accident Claims Youth CALLENDER, Iowa (AP) Michael Jordison 5, has been killed in an unusual accident at his parents' farm home near the Webster County town of Callender. Authorities said the child died Wednesday when a flywheel came off a tractor, rolled 75 feet and struck him in the back. Derrickson in connection with a three-car accident of Sept.

27, 1970. Mrs. Derrickson is ministratrix of the estate of her late husband, Melvin Isaac Derrickson, who is said to have died as a result of the accident. Information filed states that the collision occurred at the intersection of Central Avenue and Ninth Street, involving cars driven by Mr. Derrickson, Ronald Peterson (driving a car owned by Delmer W.

Peterson) and Darrel Kueker (operated a car owned by Port). Named as defendants are Kueker, Port, Ronald and Delmer Peterson. Those who registered in the clerk of court's office on Tuesday and Wednesday in order to give testimony on behalf of the plaintiff are Mark Valen, Jone Groote, James Wempe, Earl Miller, M. E. Groth, 81, died April 17 in Chapel View Nursing Home in Hopkins, Minn. She had been a resident of Wallingford for many years. Funeral services will be held in Minneapolis at 7:30 p.m. Friday in Lutheran Church of Good Shepherd Chapel. The body will be brought to Wallingford, where visitation may be made from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Cub Scouts Clean Up State Park ESTHERVILLE Five Cub Scouts from den 1, pack 21 and their leaders picked up three garbage cans of bottles and cans in Fort Defiance State Park Tuesday afternoon. The den is sponsored by the Noon Kiwanis Club. Scouts participating in the clean-up were Mark Brayton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Brayton; Doug Harvego, son of Mr.

Harvego is assistant den mother for the troop. Petit Jurors Drawn for Second Term of Dickinson District Court Judge Richard W. Cooper of Storm Lake will preside over the second trial session of district court in Dickinson County which extends through May 24. Six criminal, seven civil-jury and 11 non-jury and equity cases have been assigned for the session. Commission to Decide On 1974 Magistrates The Dickinson County Judicial Magistrate Appointing Commission will hold a public meeting in the courtroom of the Dickinson County courthouse at Spirit Lake on Monday, April 29, at 8 p.m. for the purpose of appointing Dickinson County's judicial magistrates for a two- year term commencing July 1, 1974. Members of the commission are Murray S. Underwood of Spencer, E. W.

Wilcke, Walter W. Barbee and Robert R. Cornell of Spirit Lake, Owen Wunder of Lake Park and James McDonald of Milford. H. T.

Martini, Mrs. K. R. Loebach and John Chalstrom are now serving as judicial magistrates in Dickinson County. They were appointed last year when the new courts were established for one-year terms expiring June 30,1974.

All three are applicants for reappointment. The Iowa Legislature provided for replacement of justice of the peace, police, mayor and other'minor courts with the new magistrate system starting July 1, 1973. The area favorites are back!
