A Circus Circus Enterprise. -3 i i -r if II mi Ml' JIhiwii A a 1 Mill Gauchos join Stardust production LAS VEGAS Los Huincas Gauchos, now featured in the Stardust Resort and Casino's stage spectacular "Enter the Night," have combined some of the most intriguing aspects of Argentinean culture into a breathtaking specialty act. To a frantic synchronized drum beat, Tuco Quevedo and his two sons, Fernando and Martin, dance in a traditional Argentinean folk style and perform with boleadoras.

The boleadora is an ancient weapon of the Argentinean cowboy that consists of a rope attached to a ball of stone. When the rope is spun, the weight of the ball can reach speeds of more than 90 mph. Argentinean gauchos (cowboys) used the boleadora as a formidable weapon but Los Huincas Gauchos use it to entertain and astonish "Enter the Night" audiences. Los Huincas gauchos have had audiences on the edge of their seats all over the world. They have performed at the Casino de Monte Carlos, Monaco; Casino de Paris, France; the Sands Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City; Sheraton Hotel, Valley Forge; Bally's Hotel and Casino, Reno; and the Dunes Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.

Los Huincas Gauchos are one of the many highlights of "Enter the Night" which also features the famed Russian aerialist Vladimir, a heart-stopping ice dance by world champion skaters Burt Lancon and Tricia Burton and the best laser show in Las Vegas. "Enter the Night" can be seen at 7 p.m. and 1 1 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and at 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.
