Norman Clarence Peterson, 74, of Phoenix, a railroad dispatcher, died Nov. 6, 1993. He wag born in Washington state and was a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the American Legion and the Elks Club. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Ann; daughter, Sandra Owens; son, Gary; sister, Madge Spear; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be held in Washington state. Arizona Cremation and Burial. Laurence E. Quist, 50, of Phoenix, a accountant, died Nov. 6, 1993.
