The court is hearing evidence in a claim by Robyn June Brett. 27. a former teller, of King Georges Road. Pcnshurst, for damages from the Commercial Hank of Australia Ltd. Her counsel.

Mr J. Gormly, QC, alleged Miss Brett became "seriously disturbed" following two armed robberies at the bank's Arncliffc branch in 1973 while she was there. The assistant federal secretary of the Australian Bank Officials' Association, Mr Ken Salter, a Mother A mother of five children was sentenced to six months' jail yesterday for making a hoax telephone call which caused police to rc-open a 1969 murder case. After examining the photograph, Mr Salter said: "I would say that that bank was vulnerable." He said the bank had an open look, was on a street corner, on a rise, with the main road outside. Inside the bank the counter protruded and would allow a bandit to jump up and "command the bank chambers." The barriers were of little use because a gun could be pushed through them or they could be broken down.
