J.C.C. BURSTING WITH GOOD IDEAS When the Algona Junior Chamber of Commerce boys get into gear they develop a power plant full of energy. At their meeting last Wednesday, the chief discussion centered around various civic projects the group might sponsor —'and there were a lot of good ones.
