Funeral services were held Sat- utlday morning at Waldrope Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard Smith officiating. Burial was in the Board Branch Cemetery at Lone Grove. The son of Mrs. Sally Templeton and the late Albert Templeton, he was born Dec.

25, 1898 in Llano County and was a life-long esident of the county. He was married to the former Grace Ross April 17, 1922. Betty Virdell, 68, died Wednesday night in a Lubbock nursing home. Funeral services Were held Friday morning at the Waldfope Funeral Home with the Rev. W. L. Hubbard officiating.

Burial was In the Gooch Cemetery at Mason, The daughter of the late Mf, and Mrs. George W. Hubbard, Mrs. Virdell was born in Freestone County August 4, 1878. She was a member of the Fifst Church of the Nazarene in Brady and had lived many years at Rochelle fore going to Lubbock two years his mother, Templeton of Lone Conservation iupervisors.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Nell Bell of Tow and Mrs. H. A. Raesener of Mrs.

Sally Grove; two brothers, Logan Templeton of Lone Grove and Will Templeton of Llano; a sister, Mrs. M. B. Bales of- Lone Grove; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Forti Templeton, Clark Templeton, Darrell Templeton, Norman Livingston, Joe Ratliff Billy Templeton.

Pallbeareres were grandsons. Former Llano Woman Dies in San Antonio Mrs. Oliver Forister, 93, a former Llano resident, 'died in San Antonio Tuesday, March 14. Funeral services were held Thursday with burial in Mission Memorial Park. Born at Tow, Mrs.

Forister lived in Llano where she and her husband, the late C. C. Forister, operated the Dabbs Hotel before moving ot San Antonio. She is survived by eight children, Mrs. J.

W. Duncan of Llano, Mrs. Luther Rogers of Bandera, Mrs. Carl Mann and Mrs. Dan Hackforth of Austin, Mrs.

S. L. Ives and Mrs. Joe Talerico of San Antonio; also Otis Forister and Charles Forister, both of San Antonio; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Mrs.
