ADVANCETMREf BIBLE SCHOOLS THURSDAY, MAY 11,1M6 Fenton group again sponsors corn contest Fenton — The Community Club will again sponsor an Iowa Master Com Growers Contest in conjunction with the Iowa Crop Improvement Association. Purpose is to encourage farmers to promot2 the use of good seed, development of the bsst farming practices and new techniques. Any farmer interested is asked to contact a member of the Community club and in dicate his intention to : partici pate. Entry fee is $15 and the deadline for entering is June 15. A minimum of 10 full sizec acres must be planted to be eli gible. Rules for the contest will be given at a later date. St. John's Lutheran church will hold vaca* tion Bible school June 6-10. The Fenton Methodist ahurch plans to hold its vacation church school June 6-10 also if enough teachers can be found, St. Luke's Lutheran at Fairville will have its Vacation Bible School from May 31-June 4 and June 6 to June 10.
