Ily A. M. M. readers of Thn Mows Star continue to complain about receiving their newspapers on Unit. 1 We are sorry that we can do nothing about this, if we have the proper address, for it is not our fault.

The newspapers go into the local post office and are sent on their way from hern at the proper time each week. Apparently the holdup is in the postal Department's Sectional Centers. Newspapers are not the only mail that is delayed. We have proof of this. We received a telegram on Tuesday, June 23, that had benn postmarked June 17 in Dallas.

That is first class mail service. Some pictures mailed in Frodericksburg on Friday, June 19, which had to go through the Austin Sectional Center, then to 'Brownwood Sectional Center to be disbursed to San Saba, arrived in the local post ofifico on Wednesday morning, June 24. How's this for service? We are not blaming our local postal employees, as they cannot deliver the mail until it comes to them from the Sectional Centers. But something needs to be done about this service and the best way is to start in Washington, D. C.

Write our Congressman, Omar Burleson, and ask him to investigate the matter. Here are some little items for thought and laughter: prices are not as popular as they used to be.
