Brady was born in Ireland and was a lieutenant in the New York City Fire Department for 24 years. Survivors include his children, Margaret Scanlon and Edward Brady; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grand Nevin Kingsboro Nevin Kingsboro, 86, of 1910 W. Hadley, a retired foreman at Goodyear Rubber died Nov. 14, 1982, at a Phoenix hospital. Mr.

Kingsboro, a veteran of World War was born in Shiloh, Ohio, and moved to Phoenix in 1937. Survivors include his wife, Helen; daughters, Arlene Anderson, Helen Smith and Le-nore Frozier, sons, William, Charles and Marvin Tarrant; Ralph Olson Ralph Olson, 68, an insurance salesman, died Nov. 14, 1982, at Phoenix Community HospitaL Mr. Olson, of 3951 W. Cypress, was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona 18 years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Verna; a daughter, Phyllis Johnson; and three sisters. Services will be 7:30 p.m. Friday at Alzona Kingdom Hall, 1312 N. 31st Ave. Botimer Family Mortuary handled arrangements.

Branham of 13239 108th Ave. died Nov. 15, 1982, at Beverly Manor. Mrs. Branham, a home-maker, was a native of Illinois and moved to Sun City in 1977 from Colorado.

Survivors include her husband, George; daughters, Marie Oogdell and Helen Melton, and a son, Walter. Lundberg's Golden Door Chapel made local arrangements. Burial will be in Hereford, Texas. Carlotta Harden Carlotta M. Harden, 82, who moved to Arizona 35 years ago from her native Ohio, died Nov.

13, 1982, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Harden, 10401 N. Cave Creek, had been an office supervisor at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Survivors include her husband, Stuart; son, William; six grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

Mercer Mortuary arranged private cremation. Gertrude Weber Gertrude Weber, 84, a resident of Orangewood Retirement Community, died Nov. 15, 1982, in John C. Lincoln Hospital. She was born in Keokuk, Iowa, and moved to Arizona nine months ago from North Carolina.

She had been a secretary for Carolina Coach Co. Survivors include her sisters, Alice Ewers and Clare Cavanaugh. Rosary will be 7 p.m. today at Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas.

Mass will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8620 N. 7th St, SCOTTSDALE John Barnes Bennan, 70, a developer in the electrical industry for 50 years, died Nov. 14, 1982, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.

Mr. Bennan, of Scottsdale, was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona 24 years ago. He was a charter member and director of the Arizona Electric League, past president of the Illuminating Engineers Society and charter member of the Southwest Maintenance Institute. He is survived by his wife, Jayne daughter, Barbara Bennan Munson, and a grandson. Whitney and Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home held private family services on Tuesday.

Anna Scolavino CHANDLER Anna L. Scolavino, 55, of 125 W. Orchid Lane, an assistant cashier the past 15 years at the First American Bank, died Nov. 16, 1982, at Patterson Terrace Care Center in Mesa. Mrs.

Scolavino was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., moved to Chandler 20 years ago and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, William; two daughters, Joan Elrod and Loretta Flick; a son, William; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Zizzo; three sisters, three brothers and four grandchildren.

15, 1982, was born in Illinois and was a bookkeeper for Lockheed Corp. in California for many years. He was a Mason and a member of the American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Esther Ann; a son, Louis; and a granddaughter. Lyle Burrie Lyle John Burrie, 54, a superintendent for Gosnel Development died Nov.

15, 1982, at John C. Lincoln Greenway Medical Center. Mr. Burrie was born in Iogan, Utah, and moved to Phoenix in 1972 from Anaheim, Calif. He served in the Navy in World War II, was a member of the Carpenters Union and was a high priest in the 41st Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors include his wife, Ardelle; two sons, Lyle Jon and Jay Ryan; three daughters, Bonnie Bowman and Lila and Sheri Burrie; four sisters and seven grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the church at 325 W. Greenway. Sunnyside Mortuary handled arrangements.

Cleofas Galvan Mass for Cleofas Galvan, 83, of 1330 N. 37th will be 7 p.m. today at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 2038 W. Van Buren.

Mr. Galvan, who died Nov. 14, 1982, at a local hospital, was horn in Texas and moved to Arizona 14 years ago. He was a farm laborer. Survivors include his children, Ricardo Angel, Isidro and Isabel Chavez, Esther G.

Flores and Delfina G. Fraijo; 25 grandchildren and 24 greatgrandchildren. Botimer Family Mortuary handled the arrangements. Leland Schuyler Leland C. Schuyler, 60, of 1133 E.

McKinley, a truck mechanic 30 years with Southern Pacific Freight Lines, died Nov. 16, 1982, at Desert Haven Nursing Home. Mr. Schuyler moved to Arizona 27 years ago from his native New York state. Survivors include his wife, Rosemond; daughters, Tana Gibson, Madeline Bates and Rose Ann and Rosella Schuyler; and 12 grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Green Acres Mortuary Chapel in Scottsdale. Walter Batton TONOPAH Walter Ray Batton, 55, of Tonopah, died Nov. 15, 1982, in John C. Lincoln Hospital.

Mr. Batton was born in Imperial Valley, and moved to Arizona 21 years ago from Utah. He was a heavy-equipment operator. Mrs. Ness was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and moved to Arizona 21 years ago from Sioux City, Iowa. She was a secretary for 30 years for the Milwaukee Railroad. She was a member of Shepherd of the Desert Lutheran Church and the Senior Women's League. She had been a teacher at Mountain View Recreational Center.

Survivors include nieces and nephews. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lundberg Golden Door Chapel in Youngtown. Margaret LaWare Margaret LaWare, 85, who moved to Phoenix 21 years ago from her native New York state, died Nov. 15, 1982, in Casa Marie Nursing Home.

Mrs. LaWare was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Survivors include her daughters, Margaret Campbell and Katherine Romo; sons, John and Harold; a brother, 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Scripture service will be 8:30 p.m.

Arrangements by Manfce Fu-noral Home. John Holmes Rhuart, 76, a Phoenix banker and a founder, past president and past chairman of the board for Desert Botanical Garden, died Nov. 16, 1982, in Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr. Rhuart was a lifelong Phoenix resident and was past senior vice president of Valley National Bank when he retired in 1971 after 25 years with the bank.

He also was a 40-year expert in the real-estate loan field. He joined the bank in 1947 after serving in World War II. He was a graduate of Phoenix College, University of Santa Clara and the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University. Mr. Rhuart was nationally known for his It-acre terraced garden "Las Palmas on the side of Camelback Mountain.

He had a similar garden at his second home in Ensen-ada, Mexico. Both gardens had been written about it such magazines as Sunset magazine. Architectural Digest and Arizona Highways. He was a founder of the Phoenix Iris Society, vice president and co-founder of the Arizona Humane Society, past president of the Valley Field Riding and Polo Club, and former chairman of the Maricopa County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He was also a member of the Washington Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the Central Arizona Association of Home Builders and the Arizona Mortgage Bankers Association.

He was a member of the Mortgage Committee of the Phoenix Real Estate Board. He was member of the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He is survived by his sisters, Nancy Rhuart Shirley and Dorothy Rhuart Allard; and a brother, Leslie H. Rosary will be 5:30 p.m. today in Whitney and Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home Chapel, 4800 E.

Indian School. Mass will be 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Theresa's Church, 5045 E. Thomas.

Sherman Stoglin Sherman Stoglin, 88, a former construction worker, died Nov. 11, 1982, at Maricopa Medical Center. Mr. Stoglin, of 3825 W. McDowell, was born in Gideon, Texas, and moved to Arizona 52 years ago.

14, 1982, in a local hospital. Mr. Joyce moved to Phoenix in 1971 from Chicago, where he was employed by the Mars Co. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Connin; three brothers, one sister and four grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m.

Friday at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Mrs. Griffith, a homemaker who moved here in 1972 from New York state, died Nov. 12, 1982, at St Joseph's Hospital.

She was a member of Sun City Country Club. Survivors include her sons, Alan Mund and Michael Youngfellow; a daughter, Judy Dischel; two brothers and two grandchildren. Thunderbird in Scottsdale. Stephen, who was born in South Weymouth, died Nov. 14, 1982, at his home. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs.

John McNulty. Shadow Mountain Mortuary handled the arrangements. Angela Black Angela Black, 92, a retired employee of Bouman Hospital in Fort Bliss, Texas, died Nov. 15, 1982, at a Valley hospital. Mrs.

Black, of 1117 N. 24th Place, was born in Texas and moved to Arizona in 1978. She is survived by her brother, Belen Solis and her sister, Paula Padilla. Mass will be 8 p.m. today at St.

Oak. Botimer Family Mortuary made arrangements. Dorothy Shroeder Dorothy P. Shroeder, 71, a former Phoenix resident, died Nov. 14, 1982, in Indianapolis, Ind.

Mrs. Shroeder was born in Kansas, moved to Arizona in 1968 and moved to Indianapolis last month. She was the wife of the late Col. Melvin W. Shroeder.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Shroeder; and mother, Martha Pease. Burial services will be private. Aaron-Ruben Nelson Meridian Hills Mortuary, Indianapolis, made arrange-- ments. Anthony Palmer SUN CITY Anthony "Tony" Palmer, 77, a 10-year Sun City resident, died Nov. 13, 1982, at Beatitudes Lodge.

Mr. Palmer was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and graduated from Brooklyn Polytechnic University. He was employed for 40 years for American Oil Co. in Aruba, New York City and Bermuda. He is survived by his wife, Henrietta.

Mercer Mortuary arranged private family services. Beulah Minter BLACK CANYON CITY Beulah Minter, 77, a life- lone Black Canyon City resi dent, died Nov. 16, 1982, in Peoria. Mrs. Minter is survived by her husband, Roy; daughters, Alta Bruce and Ruby Zimmerman; son, Gary; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mary Roth Mary Roth, 71, of 3801 N. 8th died Nov. 14, 1982, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mrs.

Roth, a homemaker, was born in Pittsburgh and moved to Arizona 29 years ago from Wisconsin. Survivors include her husband, Robert; and a sister. Coots was born in Ada, and moved to Arizona 49 years ago. He was a member of the Saguaro and Skunk Creek Riders Club. Mrs. Armbrust was born in McHenry, and moved to Sun City in 1964 from Michigan. She was a graduate of Woodbury College and University of Southern California. She is survived by her son, Richard; and three grandsons. Memorial services will be 2 p.m.

Thursday, at Unity Church, 10101 Coggins Drive. Arrangements were made by Menke Funeral Home. Edwin Herrick SUN CITY Edwin Kipp Herrick, 77, of 13643 N. 108th Drive, died Nov. 16, 1982, at Boswell Memorial Hospital.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Mr. Herrick operated a dry-cleaning business in Fargo, N.D., and moved here in 1968.

He was born in South Dakota, was a graduate of the University of Illinois and was an Elk and a Mason. He was a member of the Kiwanis, Lakes and Fairway Woodworking clubs in Sun City. Robichau, 89, who moved here last December from California, died Nov.

15, 1982, at her home at 10045 Royal Oak. Mrs. Robichau, a home-maker, was born in Rhode bland. She was a member of St Clement of Rome Catholic Church. Mass will be 11 a.m.
