DAILY NfcWS Counfy Women To Meef Ocf, 26 The Oncida County Federation of Woman's Clubs has announced its fait meeting for Oct. 26; the Harshaw Woman's Club is the hostess group this year. Ten Woman's Clubs in Oneida county are federated in the county organization and will send their representatives and members to the fall meeting. Members of the Rhinelander Woman's Club and Service League who would like to attend should call Mrs. John Schutz or Mrs.

J. W. Gress. The meeting will be called to order at 10:30 a. in the Community building, Highway 51, Harshaw.

Society News Club Notes Officers of R. H. S. Senior Class PACK 3 vices Saturday, Oct. 15, for her nephew, Lieut.

Ruf will relate any of his missionary experiences. Everyone is urged to attend. Sunday School Meeting Thursday A Sunday school meeting from 7 to 8 p. m. will precede the prayer service at the First Baptist Church I Thursday.

Their marriage was solemnized in Felixtowe on Aug. 3. Corp. Cain enlisted in September, 1942, and went overseas a year later. After a year in England, was sent to France.

His brother, Corp. Pat Cain, in the Army Air Corps since April, 1943, is now in France after being stationed in England. Network Answers Complaint NEW YORK, Oct. 18 complaint filed with the federal communications commission yesterday by William B. Rubin, Milwaukee attorney, alleging three prominent Republicans with "defamators and untrue utterances" against President Roosevelt, last night brought a statement from the offices of the Mutual Broadcasting Company in New New York, named as one of the defendants.

The complaint, demanding that Gov. Thomas E. Dewfiy. the Republican presidential candidate, his running mate, Gov. John W.

Bricker and Rep. Clare Boothe Luce (R- Conn), retract the alleged statements, named Mutual, the National Broadcasting Company, the Colum- bia Broadcasting Company, and the Blue network as defendants. Mutual issued the following statement: "In connection with the complaint filed with the Federal Communications Commission against the Your networks the Mutual Broadcasting system will await the action of vhe commission.
