Franco family mom to Cadar Falls The Adolfo Franco family moved Sept. 1 to Cedar Falls where Mr. Franco will assume teaching responsibilities at the University of Northern Iowa. The Francos have lived in Algona for the past four years since they came from Cuba. He is a sophomore. Mrs. Evelyn FroeMich visited in Carroll recently. Ruth Black, Rockford, 111., spent Aug. 25 to 28 visiting iher brother, the Robert Blacks. Ruth had just returned from a trip abroad in which she spent the summer touring the Far East, stopping in China,' Japan, Thailand, and other places of interest. She also visited the Hawaiian Islands. The John Webers went to Shematvdoah recently. They, visited the Floral Gardens at Shenandoah. which are very' beautiful at this time of year.
