Mr. and Mrs. Tomim KcH. Lane and Rodney of Muscatine were last weekend visitors in the Stanley Huse home. Mrs. Henry Smith entered SI. Ann Hospital Sunday evening and had minor surgery at 11 a.m. Monday. She is getting along fine and will bo home Friday or Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Wichtendahl, Jane, Terry and Daryl, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Strayer and family of Fort Dodge, Mr. and Mrs. Vcrnon Smith. Hampton, Marlys Wichtendahl and Dan Ennen and Mr. and Mrs. David Smith were Sunday dinner guests in the Henry Smith home. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Hixler of near Chicago, arrived Tuesday and will visit a few day.-: in the parental Jake Smith home. From there they will go to Clarence, Iowa to visit a brother of Mr. Hixler before roturning home. Mr. and Mrs. Jake Smith ami Mr. and Mrs. Dale HixJer went to Minneapolis Monday where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Ilichard Vairst. Mrr>. Vairst is a college classmate of Mrs. Bixler. Mrs. Allen Bradley and family of Richland Center. Wisconsin arrived last Friday to spend a week with the J. !'. Stevens. They left for home this Friday morning. Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Steven and Mrs. Allen Bradley and family visited the Milton Steven family at Ruthven Sunday. Thursday they all went to Ionia, Iowa where they visited the Jim Steven family. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bixler and Mr, and Mrs. Jake Smith visited Mrs. S. R. Pajrsons Thursday afternoon. Carl Wauge of Jancsvillc, Wisconsin was a weekend visitor in the Parson home. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Cox, Denise and Malisa of Fort Dodge were Sunday evening supper guests in the Dennis Moister home. 'Mr. and Mrs. P. W.
