Because of limited seating capacity.

National Guard officials said invitations haye been issued only to veterans of Frostburg and adjacent 1 towns and non-veterans, -17 to .38 I years of age. Mayor Howard Dickey will give, a brief talk and war' films will be shown. Refreshments will be served. Date of federal recognition for the unit has been changed from November 8 to November the unit has been informed. A national recruiting campaign ends November 15 and it is desired to include the men of Company in the final of recruits obtained during the campaign.

Many vacancies exist for qualified, non-commlssioncd officers. Men enlisting before November 14 will have first opportunity to win these jobs.
