Conner, 72, a retired electrician for Maricopa County Community College District, died Dec. 14, 1986, in Salem, Va. Mr. Conner, of Chino Valley, was born in Floyd County, and moved to Arizona in 1952. He lived in Phoenix until four years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughter, Janet Doumert; mother, Marcella; a sister; three brothers; four grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. today at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5235 N. 19th Phoenix. Lotz Funeral Home in Salem made the arrangements.

Lynn Robert Stegman MCGUIREVILLE Lynn Robert Stegman, 82, a heavy equipment operator for the Yavapai County Road Department before retiring in 1969, died Dec. 17, 1986, at Marcus J. Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stegman, of McGuireville, was born in Cottonwood and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Survivors include his wife, Jillie; brother, Seth; 15 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Camp Verde Christian Church, with arrangements by Westcott Funeral Home in Camp Verde. Maryella Messinger TONTO BASIN Maryella Messinger, 68, a homemaker, died Dec. 17, 1986, at Pyle Memorial Hospital in Payson, of natural causes.

Mrs. Messinger, of Tonto Basin, was born in Kingman. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Louis daughters, Janie Woller and Betty Lou Toerpe; son, Louis a sister; two brothers; and two grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m.

today at A.L. Moore Sons, 333 W. Adams, Phoenix. Connie J. Hayes Connie J.

Hayes, 49, a supervisor in the toan department for Colwell Financial died Dec. 19, 1986, at her Phoenix residence, of cancer. Mrs. Hayes was born in Kearney, and moved to Arizona four years ago from Florida. Survivors include her husband, Terry; sons, Gregory and Steven; parents, Mr.

and Mrs. Fritz Haury; a sister; and a brother. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O, Box 33187, Phoenix 85067. Marion B. Goshorn Marion B. Goshorn, 84, a homemaker, died Dec. 18, 1986, at her Mesa residence.

Mrs. Goshorn was born in Harrisburg, and moved to Arizona 18 months ago. Thomas, Phoenix 85014. Jeremy W. Bateman Jeremy W. Bateman, 57, a warehouseman for Walsh Bros. Office Equipment, died Dec.

15, 1986, in Glendale. Mr. Bateman, of Glendale, was born in Phoenix, lived in Utah for a time and returned to Arizona in 1976. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Lundberg's White Rose Chapel, 5310 W.

Northern. WILLIAMS David P. Neal, 49, a teacher and football coach at Williams High School, died Dec. 18, 1986, at Flagstaff Medical Center, of natural causes. Mr.

Neal, of Williams, was born in Catskill, N.Y., and was brought to Arizona as an infant. He worked as a surveyor for the U.S. Forest Service during the summers and was a volunteer for the Williams Fire Department. He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, the Williams Country Club, the Vica Club and the Elks Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Jan; daughter, Jennifer Gastineau; son, David Stanley; stepdaughter, Trisha Gastineau; a sister; a brother; and a grandson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at his church, 629 Honirent. Ave. EddingfieldScholz Funeral the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the David Neal Scholarship Fund, care of the First Interstate Bank, 106 N.

Fourth Williams 86046. Joyce M. Vogt Joyce M. Vogt, 59, a sales associate for J.C. Penney in Mesa, died Dec.

18, 1986, at Desert Samaritan Hospital and Health Center. Mrs. Vogt, of Mesa, WAS born in Hackensack, N.J., and moved to Arizona in 1977 from New Jersey. Survivors include her husband, Stanley daughters, Linda McCormick and Pamela; sons, Ross, Stanley and Gary; mother, Jennie Dromeshauser; a brother; and six grandchildren. Friends may call after noon today, with services at 2 p.m., at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N.

Macdonald. Eugene H. Wood Eugene H. Wood, 73, the vice president and head of the installment loan department of City National Bank in Hastings, until retiring in 1976, died Dec. 13, 1986, in Minden, Neb.

Mr. Wood, of Sun Lakes, was born in Denison, Iowa, and moved to Arizona seven years ago from Nebraska. He graduated from Grinnell in 1935 and was a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Hastings First Congregational Church, the Masons, the Sun Lakes Barbershop Chorus, Sun Lakes Country Club and United Church of Christ in Sun Lakes. Survivors include a daughter, Catherine Osgood; son, Robert; a sister; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at All Faiths Chapel, 9240 S. Sun Lakes with arrangements by Bueler Mortuary. Lucille Compton Berryman Lucille Compton Berryman, 68, a homemaker, died Dec. 18, 1986, in Mesa.

Mrs. Berryman, of Mesa, was born in Oklahoma and moved to Arizona 18 months ago. She was a member of Alpha Omega Sorority. Survivors include her husband, Joe W. daughter, Vickie Thurston; sons, Joe W.

Jr. and John and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S. Baseline, with arrangements Lakeshore Mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 33187, Phoenix 85067. Henry Luhrman Henry Luhrman, 79, a foreman and ship builder in the San Francisco shipyards before retiring, died Dec. 16, 1986, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mr.

Luhrman, of Sun City, was born in Bremen, Germany, and moved to Arizona 16 years ago from San Francisco. He was a member of the Masons, the York Rite, the Shriners and the Sun City Square Club. Survivors include a daughter, Henriette. Masonic services will be at 1 p.m. today at Sunland Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Webb.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children, San Francisco. Vida Maude Stephenson Vida Maude Stephenson, 85, a home-: maker, died Dec. 16, 1986, at Maricopa Medical Center. Mrs. Stephenson, of Tempe, was born in Moberly, and moved to Arizona 21 years ago.

She taught in a country school outside Moberly for a few years. She was a member of Scottsdale Christian Church and past member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a house mother at Judson School in Scottsdale. Survivors include a daughter, Helen L. Cochrane; sons, Harry H.

Fray and James W. Fray; a sister; a brother; five grandchildren; and three great Private arrangements were made by Green Acres Mortuary. Marlen Clark Marlen Clark, 71, a lubricologist for Upjohn Co, for 32 years before retiring in 1975, died Dec. 15, 1986, at Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital Health Center. Mr.

Clark, of Phoenix, was born in Reading, and moved to Arizona in 1978. He was an Army veteran of World War II and A member of Elks Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Crystal; daughters, Claudia Thorsen, Kathalene Campbell and Marlene Bolf; son, Mark; eight grandchildren; and A -grandchild. Private arrangements were made by Shadow Mountain Mortuary. Florence B.

Brown Florence B. Brown, 90, a retired teacher in Washington, died Dec. 3, 1986, at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Brown, of Scottsdale, was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona 24 years ago from Washington.

Survivors include a niece, Jean Private arrangements were made by Messinger Mortuary Chapel. Glen Smith Glen Smith, 58, a retired farmer, died Dec. 3, 1986, at John C. Lincoln Hospital Health Center, of natural causes. Mr.

Smith, of Phoenix, was born in Roseville, and moved to Arizona nine years ago. He was a veteran of the Air Force and a member of the Teamsters Union. Survivors include his wife, Shirley; daughters, Glenda Osborne, Lorraine Gearhart and Nancy Maisner; son, Craig; three sisters; a brother; and seven grandchildren.
