Mrs. Kemper, of Phoenix, was born in Altas, and moved to Arizona 48 years ago. She was a member of the Church of Christ, past president of Camp Tatiyee Squaws and a past member of the Crippled Children'sHospital Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, King son, Kenneth; a sister; four brothers; two grandchildren; and a great -grandchild. Friends may call from 11 a.m.

Garrison, 55, a technical writer for Motorola, died Feb. 21, 1986, at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. Mr. Garrison, of Phoenix, was born in Williamsport, and moved to Arizona in 1952.

He also had worked for U.Haul and Republic Airlines. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was active in the Sevilla Little League and Cub Scouts of America. Survivors include his wife, Noreen; daughter, Therese Noel; son, Kevin Michael; and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Services will be at 10 a.m.

Fitzgerald SUN CITY Arthur D. Fitzgerald, 88, An investigator for the U.S. Treasury Department for 25 years before retiring, died Feb. 20, 1986, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mr.

Fitzgerald, of Sun City, was born in Dublin, Texas, and moved to Arizona in 1972 from Missouri. He was a veteran of World War I. He was member of the Sun City Recreation Association and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Survivors include a son, Donley. Services will be at 1:30 p.m.

20, 1986, at Maricopa Medical Center. Mr. Lujan, of Phoenix, was born Mexico and was brought to Arizona as an infant. He was a member of Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Survivors include a sister, Flora L.

Chavez, and brother, Frank. Rosary will be at 8 p.m. today, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. Monday, at his church, 1901 W. Ocotillo.

Valley of the Sun Mortuary, Phoenix Chapel, made the arrangements. Robert V. Selbe Robert V. Selbe, 60, a service station owner, died Feb. 20, 1986, at Valley Lutheran Hospital.

Mr. Selbe, of Phoenix, was born in Phillipsburg, and moved to Arizona six months ago from Steamboat Springs, Colo. He was a member of the Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Amelia; daughters, Connie Nolen, Shirley Bowman and Jean Mooney; son, Robert Edward; two brothers; and eight grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Wood SUN CITY Earl B. Wood, 86, a retired superintendent of shops for the Sante Fe Railroad, died Feb. 17, 1986, in Peoria. Mr. Wood, of Sun City, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Arizona 20 years ago from California.

He was a member of the Sun City Country Club and had served as secretary on club's board of directors. He was a life member of the Masons and a member of El Zaribah Temple. Survivors include wife, Pauline and stepson, Lyle B. Hill. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Monday at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 13226 113th Youngtown. Clarence A. Crupper Clarence A. Crupper, 82, a retired pipe fitter for Standard Oil Co. in California, died Feb.

20, 1986, at Phoenix Baptist Hospital Medical Center. Mr. Crupper, of Phoenix, was born in Nowata, and moved to Arizona in 1974 from California. Survivors include his wife, Janet; daughters, Patsy McCain, Eugenia Kibby, Joan Garland, Vivian Hoffman and Peggy; sons, Glen and Robert; 18 grandchildren; 21 great -grandchildren; and two great great-great-grandchildren. John R. Walston Sr. John R. Walston 66, president of Adjustments died Feb. 20, 1986, in Phoenix.

Mr. Walston, of Phoenix, moved to Arizona in 1943 from Wilson, N.C. He was a veteran of World War I1 and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; daughters, Sheila Thiel, Shelley Tefertiller and Sharey; son, John R. three sisters; a brother; 18 grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren.

59th Ave. Guy Joseph Costanza TEMPE- Guy Joseph Costanza 11, 54, a retired pyschiatric counselor for the state of Arizona, died Feb. 20, 1986, at Desert Samaritan Hospital and Health Center. Mr. Costanza, of Tempe, was born in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and moved to Arizona in 1969.

He was a Navy and Marine Corps veteran, serving from 1948 to 1954, and later was in the Army Reserves. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He attended University Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Anna daughters, Jo Ann Maxey and Rosann; son, Guy Joseph 111; parents, Anthony and Carmella; two sisters; a brother; and three grandchildren. He graduated from Brophy College Preparatory in 1985. Survivors include his parents, Donald L. and Nancy Ann; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.

Anna Belle Love GLENDALE Anna Belle Love, 75, a retired practical nurse, died Feb. 18, 1986, at her Glendale residence. Mrs. Love was born in Elmore City, and moved to Arizona 25 years ago from Texas. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Cherrie Gilliam; a sister; and a niece.

Services were held Friday. Arrangements were made by Memory Lawn Mortu- ary. Wanda Chambers Wanda Chambers, 26, a homemaker, died Feb. 15, 1986, at Maricopa Medical Center. Mrs.

Chambers, of Phoenix, was born in Arizona and had lived all of her life in the state. Survivors include a daughter, Roderetta; sons, Roderick Liggens Jr. and Shansan and Marguice 8 sister and two brothers. Services were arranged by Webber Sons Mortuary. Laura H.

Grace SUN LAKES Laura H. Grace, 92, a homemaker, died Feb. 14, 1986, at Desert Cove Nursing Center. Mrs. Grace, of Sun Lakes, was born in Omaha, and moved to Arizona five years ago from California.

Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Connor; a sister; two grandchildren; and four great -grandchildren. Private arrangements were made by Bueler Mortuary. Rito M. Ybarra BUCKEYE Rito M. Ybarra, 65, a retired crew foreman for the town of Buckeye with 30 years of service, died Feb.

20, 1986, at Maryvale Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Ybarra, of Buckeye, was a native of Arizona, born in Copper Hills. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War 11. Survivors include his wife, Lucy; daughters, Jenny Mendoza, Angie Amoros and Maria; mother, Sefora; two sisters; four brothers; and five grandchildren.

Rosary will be at 5 p.m. today at St. Henry's Catholic Church. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Southern Baptist Church, 224 Eason Ave.

Mrs. Adams, of Sun City, was born in Wayne, and moved to Arizona in 1971. She was a member of United Church of Sun City. She was 8 charter member of the Daughters of the Nile and a past worthy matron of the Eastern Star, both in Nebraska. Survivors include her husband, Donald daughter, Katherine Ann Carrier; son, Donald and six grandchildren.

18, 1986, at Desert Samaritan Hospital and Health Center. Mr. Thomas, of Mesa, was born in Kelso, and was a winter visitor from Washington for the past seven years. He was a member of the Community Church in Longview, and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife Christina daughter, Mary Sue Pentilla; son, Jerry A.

Maker; and five grandchildren. Services will be in Washington, with local arrangements made by Chapel of Prayer Funeral Home in Mesa. Lewis C. Curtis EL MIRAGE Lewis C. Curtis, 93, a retired businessman, died Feb.

20, 1986, at his son's residence in Tucson. Mr. Curtis, of El Mirage, was born in Arkansas and moved Arizona in 1947 from Oklahoma. He was a the member of the first elected city council of El Mirage, serving five terms. He was a member of Pentecostal Church of God.

Survivors include his wife, Bertha; daughters, Mary Dearing, Audie Burkes and Gay Rowe; sons, Robert Lewis, Leonard, Homer, Carl, Max, Bill and Thad; a sister; a brother; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Parks Everett P. Parks, 60, a technician who retired in 1981 from Sperry Flight Systems, died Feb. 18, 1986, at Wister, Okla. Mr. Parks, of Wister, was born in Oklahoma and had lived in Arizona for 31 years before returning to Oklahoma in 1981.

He a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; son, Scott Lewis; mother, Della Parks; stepson, Kevin Lookhart; three sisters; and two brothers. Services in Wister, were arranged by Evans Funeral Home, Poteau, Okla. Audrey Werner APACHE JUNCTION Audrey Werner, a homemaker, died Feb. 20, 1986, at her Apache Junction residence.

Mrs. Werner moved to Arizona three years ago from California. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Carlene Fountain; son, Jack; a sister; and five grandchildren. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m.

20, 1986, at Royal Oaks Health Care Center. Mr. Hulke, of Sun City, was born in Mt. Prospect, and moved to Arizona in 1974. Survivors include his wife, Irene; daughters, Barbara Davidson and Nancy Robison; son, William; and six grandchildren.

Laird, 77, a retired senior master sergeant in the Air Force, died Feb. 18, at Veterans Administration Medical Center. Mr. Laird, of Tempe, was born in Mart, Texas, and moved to Arizona 26 years ago from Louisiana. Survivors include his wife, daughters, Betty Rafferty and Lois Brock; two sisters; and two brothers.

Forshey, 69, a musician, died Feb. 20, 1986, at Scottsdale Convalescent Plaza. Mr. Forshey, of Scottsdale, was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona two years ago from New York. He was an Army veteran of World War Il.

Survivors include a son, Stevan and three granddaughters. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek. Messinger Mortuary made the arrangements.

Harvey John Lisk Harvey John Lisk, 80, a tool and die maker for J. H. Williams Corp. for 48 years before retiring, died Feb. 19, 1986, at Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Mr. Lisk, of Phoenix, was born in Golden Lake, Ontario, Canada, and moved to Arizona nine years ago from New York. Survivors include his wife, Doris; daughters, Faith Ruske, Joy Keeney and Hope Goff; two sisters; A brother; eight grandchildren; and eight -grandchildren. 20, 1986, in Mesa. Mrs. Collins, of Mesa, was born in Cortland, N.Y., and moved to Arizona 21 years ago. She was a 60-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a past worthy matron. She was volunteer at Good Samaritan Medical Center for 10 years and a member of New York State Club for 21 years.

Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth E. Shea and Genevieve son, Robert L. Gardiner; a sister; three grandchildren; and two grandchildren, Services will be 10 great Bunkers Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way. Joshua Scott Richins Joshua Scott Richins, 15-month-old son of John and Kristeen Richins of Phoenix, died Feb.

22, 1986, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was born in Phoenix. Other survivors include his grandmother, Pricilla S. Richins, and two sisters. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Tuesday at the Gilbert Eight Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 10256 S. Greenfield Road. Arrangements were made by Bunkers Garden Chapel. Lovell Dion Burdett Lovell Dion Burdett, 10, died Feb. 19, 1986, at his Phoenix residence.

He was a native of Phoenix. Survivors include his mother, Mattie Callicott; grandfather, Henry; a sister; and three brothers. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Webber Sons Mortuary, 1641 E. Jefferson.

Frederick W. Obitz, 65, a retired pyschologist for the Army, died Feb. 21, 1986, at Scottsdale Hospital-North. Mr. Obitz, of Scottsdale, was born in Minnesota and moved to Arizona nine years ago from Colorado.

He retired from active duty in A lieutenant colonel. He was directors of Selective Service in Colorado until 1976 and also worked as a research psychologist for the Falcon Denver. He was a member of the American, Legion and the Reserved Officers Association. Survivors include his wife, Loretta; son, Frederick three sisters; and a brother. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m.

Mr. White, of Queen Creek, was born in Illinois and moved to Arizona 20 years ago. Survivors include his wife, Donna; mother, Javenitia; three sisters; and two brothers. Services will be at 7 p.m. today at Larry J.

Zeimet 70, retired employee of the 3M died Feb. 10, 1986, at Desert Samaritan Hospital and Health Center. Mr. Zeimet, of Mesa, was born in St. Paul, and moved to Arizona eight years ago from Minnesota.

He had been a member of Holy Name Church in St. Paul. Survivors include daughter, Kathleen Riordon; sons, Bernard Jr. and David; a sister; and eight grandchildren. Services were held in Minnesota, with local arrangements made by Melcher Mortuary.

Elsie Clara Meinhardt SUN CITY Elsie Clara Meinhardt, 89, a teacher for the Chicago Board of Education for 40 years before retiring, died Feb. 19, 1986, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Miss Meinhardt, of Sun City, was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 1962. She was a member of St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church and the Rosary Sodality of St.

Joachim St. Anne Church. Survivors include a sister, Ann; and nephew, Fred R. Carson. Friends may call at 4 p.m.

Anne Catholic Church, 11625 111th Ave. Frank Simon Frank Simon, 88, a retired farm laborer, died Feb. 19, 1986, at Colter Village. Mr. Simon, of Phoenix, was born in Oklahoma and moved to Arizona in 1941.

Gloria E. Wendegatz MESA Gloria E. Wendegatz, 51, a secretary, died Feb. 21, 1986, in Mesa. Mrs.

Wendegatz, of Mesa, was born in Ann Arbor, and moved to Arizona 30 years ago. She had attended Grand Canyon College. She was a member of Bethany Community Church and the American Cancer Society. Survivors include her husband, Glenn; daughters, Lily Click and Vanessa Lockhart; son, Frank Mandia; a brother; and two grandchildren. Friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m.

Isadore Kahn Isadore Kahn, 78, a retired businessman, died Feb. 21, 1986, at Phoenix Baptist Hospital Medical Center. Mr. Kahn, of Phoenix, was born in Poland and moved to Arizona 36 years ago Milwaukee. He was a member Beth Congregation, from, Carih, the City of Hope and Hadassah.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; daughters, Leone Zendle and Elaine L. Kirschner; son, Jerome; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Sinai Mortuary Chapel, 4538 N. 16th St.

Carl E. Engel Carl E. Engel, 76, a retired painter and decorator, died Feb. 18, 1986, at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Mr.

Engel, of Phoenix, was born in Platsville, and moved to Arizona 45 years ago. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and the Painters Union. Survivors include his wife, Juanita; daughters, Anita Heisler, Sandra Forrest and Claudette Ottman; son, Larry; five sisters; and nine grandchildren.
