She denied having sex with her sister and said the pair merely posed for photographs in sexual positions. "I made a mistake," she said. "She should never have come here.

I wish I could change everything that happened. I love my sister." Martin Krizay, a deputy probation officer who conducted a presentence investigation, said McQuillen's sister has had night-- mares since her visit to Arizona. The girl, who has a tattoo on her back that says "Puffs Pig," is trying to keep her friends from knowing of her experiences in Arizona, Krizay said. Krizay wrote in his report to Thompson that McQuillen's acts' "truly despicable" and "border on the bizarre." McQuillen's sister came to visit her from Ohio. The girl, now 15 and living in a small Ohio town, testified during the trial that the visit turned into a two-month ordeal in which she was raped repeatedly, sold into prostitution twice and forced to commit sex acts with her sister.

At the outset of the visit, the girl said, McQuillen dressed her only in a yellow hair ribbon and gave her to John Leslie "Puff Huey as a Christmas gift. Huey, a member of the Dirty Dozen motorcycle gang who lived' with McQuillen and several other women, was tried in August. That jury deadlocked, 11 to 1. Huey is undergoing psychological testing to determine if he is mentally competent to be retried. In June, Huey was given a minimum of 166 years in prison for sexually attacking a Tucson woman and holding her captive for seven days.

By LAURIE ROBERTS Arbona Republic Staff A Phoenix woman convicted of sex and prostitution charges involving her 13-year-old sister was given a 42-year prison term Friday by a judge who labeled her lifestyle "devoid of any redeeming qualities." "Your actions were bizarre, cruel and vicious and degrading to your sister," Judge Howard Thompson told Pamela Jean McQuillen before sentencing her in Maricopa County Superior Court. McQuillen, 24, will be eligible for parole in about 32 years, according to Steve LaMar, an assistant Arizona attorney general who prosecuted the case. A jury found McQuillen guilty Aug. 14 of three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of-child prostitution and one count of child molestation. The convictions stem from activity around Christmas 1982, when SOLAR SALE SATURDAY ONLY! "But this is a good example of the extent of the problem." Although they were quick to assure reporters they are not pointing the finger at hunters, officials expect the problem to be compounded by the opening of hunting season. The problem of vandalism, said Wes Martin, Kingman regional director for Arizona's Department of Game and Fish, is particularly disturbing to those who recall a not-too-distant time when it didn't exist. Toward that end, said Alicia Ray, executive director of the Commission on Arizona Environment, the state will embark on a program in December based on the dissemination of posters and brochures, billboard advertising, radio publicity and the creation of a new hot line 1-800-VANDALS in an attempt to turn the tide. Her budget, however, is $5,200. That leaves the solution to vandalism where it was to begin with, other officials say in the hands of the public.
