Born, 76, a former commander of Luke Air Force Base and organ Da Garrison Services for 11a Garrison, 83, who died May 25, 1979 in Bell's Lodge Nursing Home, will be ARE YOUR KIDS FACING A Richard Netz PRESCOTT Services for Richard H. Netz, 86, who died May 23, 1979, at the Veterans Hospital in Prescott, will be at 11 a.m.

Tuesday at the Latter-day Saints Church in Dewey. Mr. Netz, a chef, served in the Navy in both World Wars. After leaving the Navy, he worked 16 years at Norton Air Force Base in San Bernadino, Calif. Survivors include his wife, Juanita of Dewey; son, Richard; four daughters, Jaqueline McAtee, Frankie Rose, Phyllis Wilson and Claire Jewell; a brother, 17 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Cave Creek. Miguel Vallez izer of the Thunderbirds flying aerobatic team, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave.

General Born, 10810 Thunderbird, who died May 24, 1979 in Veterans Hospital, was a graduate of West Point and an All America football player. He was chief of staff of operations in the 12th Bomber Command in Africa during World War II and later served as deputy chief of staff for operations with the Jack Jones Jack Jones, 46, owner of Jack Jones Enterprises Realty since 1973 and a member of the Arizona Board of Realtors, died May 23, 1979, in Desert Samaritan Hospital. Mr. Jones, 690 N. Alma School, Chandler, was manager of the engineering test department of Talley Industries from 1959 to 1964, director of quality assurance at Space Ordnance Systems in 1968-70, executive vice president of Walter Peacock Associates of Phoenix in 1970-72, later executive vice president and general manager of Bayside Industries Inc.

and manager of Passey Realty Investment commercial division. An Air Force captain during the Korean conflict, he was a member of Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Community Council, Rotary Club, Youth coordinating committee and cochair-man of the Right to Life organization. Surviving are his wife, Nikki; children, Janice, Air Training Command, Scott Air Force Base, 111. General Born also was commander of the 15th Air Force in Colorado Springs. The general commanded Luke Air Force Base from November 1952 to August 1953.

He retired from the Air Force in 1955. General Born moved to Scottsdale from Dallas in 1968 and to Sun City in 1972. John Garland MESA Services for John D. Garland, 47, 1305 VV. 6th Mesa, will be at 2 p.m.

Tuesday at Chapel of the Hoses of the Larry J. Melcher Mortuary, 43 S. -Staplev Mesa. He died May 25, 1979 in Scottsdale Memorial hospital. Garland, a native of Kentucky, came to Phoenix four years ago to work as a mechanic for College Exxon.

He -was a member of the American Legion and -ihz Masonic Lodge, and Zysas a retired Army ser- geant. Mr. Garland is sur- vived by his wife, Anne; four sons, Dan, Kevin, Duane and David; four daughters, Mrs. -Chiquita Turner, I Johnna, Kira and Dana; his mother, two broth-- ers, a sister and two I grandchildren. The family suggests memorials to the Ameri- can Cancer Society.

Jessie M. Glass Services for Jessie I.Mae Glass, 80, a house-' who moved to Arizona 34 years ago, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the New Home Baptist Church, 1144 W. Mrs. Glass, 1733 E.

"Bowker, died May 20, 1979 in Maricopa County Hospital. Survivors include her children, Mrs. Mittie Hunter, Lacy Lee and John Louis; a brother and two sisters. Emma O'Neal GLOBE Emma I. O'Neal, 93, died May 24, 1979 in her home.

Services will be Tuesday in Durango, Colo. Mrs. O'Neal, a member of the Eastern Star, is survived by a brother. She was born in Illinois and lived in Arizona 46 years. MIAMI Mass for Miguel L.

Vallez, 58, a Miami native and a Copper City Mines mechanic, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Church. Mr. Vallez died May 24, 1979. He is survived by wife, Mary; son, at 11 a.m.

Tuesday at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 1500 W. Maryland. Mrs. Garrison was born in Georgia and moved to Phoenix in 1930 from Louisiana, where she was a Nurse for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Surviving are a daughter, Mildred McElroy, two sisters, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Robert king Services for Robert P. King, 47, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd. He died May 26, 1979 in his home, 2323 E.

Devonshire. Mr. King, a native of Albuquerque, New came to Phoenix four years ago from Kodiak, Alaska. He was an electronics technician for the Motorola Corp. and a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Georgia; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John King; four daughters, Brenda, Heidi, Shannon and Aisha; a son, Michael; and four sisters. Pete Nail GLOBE Services for Pete E. Nail, 76, a native of Pleasant Valley, will be at 2 p.m.

Tuesday at the Palmer Globe Mortuarv. He died May 24, 1979 at his home. Mr. Nail, a retired carpenter, was a member of the Elks and the Odd Fellows. Survivors include his wife, Rose, a brother and a sister.

Tony; two sisters, two grandchildren. Rosary for Mr. Vallez will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the church. Dee Ann, Sheila, Jac-qualyn, Bruce, Bryan, Ken and Blair; father, Leo; four sisters and three brothers.

Rosary will be 8 p.m. Monday in Melcher Chapel, 43 S. Staplev Drive, Mesa. Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Christ the King Church, 1505 E.

Dana, Mesa. Louisa Farrior Services for Louisa Berkenkamp Farrior, 77, former art supervisor for the Madison Elementary School District, will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in A. L. Moore Sons Mortuary, 333 W.

Adams. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Honorary Knight Command of Bath of the British Empire and the Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf clusters. General Born is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children, Charlotte Dingman and Charles F. Jr. and a sister.
