Reese, 55, of Blandburg died yesterday in the AHoona Hospital. Born at Blain City Aug. 1, 1909, she was a daughter of the late Andrew L. and Mae (Diller) Sinclair. Besides her Berton T.

Reese, she is survived by two sons, Berton E. of Blandburg and Jerry A. of Altoona, and one grandson. Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters: Frank, Irvona; Wesley, Mrs. Lorraine Bloom, Winfield and Andrew, all of Coalport; Mrs.

Dottie Troxell, Jamestown, N. and Mrs. Mavis Curry, Celeron, N. Friends may call after noon tomorrow in the Russell L. Troxell Funeral Home at Glasgow, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.

m. The Rev. Marvin Freed will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Glasgow. HENRY G.

O'SHELL COALPORT Henry Gilbert O'Shell, 44, of Trenton, N. died yesterday in Graduate Hospital at Philadelphia. Born in 1920 at Coalport, he the son of the late Daniel nod Goldie (Hooper) O'Shell. Mr. O'Shell was a member of Fraternal Lodge 139, Free and Accepted Masons, Trenton Forest No.

4 Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Scottish Rite Valley of Trenton and Crescent Temple Shrine. Surviving are the following sisters and brothers; Mrs. Ethel Bollinger, Fallen Timber; Mrs. Edna Grimes, Everett; Mrs. Josephine Dezaiffee, Altoona; Mrs.

Dorothy Troxell, Coalport; Stewart, New Florence; Jessee, Pittsburgh; and Donald, Coalport. A number of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p. m. from the Saul mo i a 1 Home, 1740 Greenwood Trenton, N.J.

The Rev. Alan Hagenbuck of the S1 a kwood Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in the Lawrenceville, N. Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 7 to 10 p.

Kask, 69, of Grassflat, died in the Philipsburg State General Hospital Saturday at 1:10 p. m. after a long illness. He was born at Grassflat Dec. 31, 1895, a son of the late Lars and Anna (Larson) Kask.

Before his retirement four years ago, he was employed as manager of the Grassflat Cooperative Store. He a member of the First Lutheran Church, president of the Lutheran Churchmen, and a member of IOOF here. He is survived by his wife, the former Gerda Force, two sons and two daughters: The Rev. Raymond Kask, Norwood, Bernard, Altoona; Mrs. Oscar (Holly) Rasdorf, Philipsburg; and Mrs.

George (Nancy) Elias, Williamsport. Also surviving are three grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Axel, California; Sigwald, Grassflat; Miss Alma Kask, Lancaster; Mrs. Edith Hanson and Miss Esther Kask, both of Philadelphia. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p. m.

tomorrow. ARNOLD A. NYLAND CHERRY TREE Arnold A. Nyland, 52, of Cherry Tree died yesterday at 5:15 a. m.

in the Miners Hospital at Spangler. Born June 17, 1912, at Elmira, N.Y., he was the son of the late Gust and Edith (Love) Nyland. In addition to his wife, the former Verda Termin, he is survived by one son, Thomas, U. S. Navy, Naples, Italy, and one daughter, Mrs.

Dennis Johnson, Tahoma Road, Md. Also surviving are one grandson and the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Agnes McGuire and Mrs. Richard Curtis, Syracuse, N.Y.; Emerson, Elmira, N.Y.; Ray, Revloc; and Clifford, Ebensburg. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.

m. in the Hunter-Lloyd Funeral Home at Irvona, The Rev. M. R. Barto will officiate.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery at La- Jose R. D. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:30 p. m. today and until time of services Wednesday.

MRS. REESE N. WILLIAMS PHILIPSBURG Anna C. Williams, 82, of 312 Spruce Philipsburg, died yesterday at 9 a. m.

in the Philipsburg State General Hospital where she had been hospitalized since Saturday night. She had suffered a heart attack in her home. She was born Oct. 17, 1881, at Karthaus, a daughter of the late Frank A. and Alma (Maines) Couteret.

She was married Nov. 11, 1902, to Reese N. Williams who preceded her in death on May 26, 1959. She is survived by a brother, John Karthaus, and four sisters: Mrs. Arch (Ardell) Miller and Mrs.

Fred (Emma) Bamat, both of Karthaus; Miss Iva Couteret of Clearfield; and Miss Marie Couteret of Philipsburg. One brother, Frank, preceded her in death. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church of Philipsburg and the WCTU of the church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p. m.

from the Dahlgren Funeral Home with the Rev. Stratford C. Taylor in charge. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery at Karthaus. Friends will be received at the funeral home tomorrow from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.

m. Centre County Assn. Discusses Plans For Firemen's Convention STATE COLLEGE Members of the Centre County Volunteer Firemen's Association discussed plans here yesterday for the convention to be held at 'Philipsburg in June. President John Gowland of Philipsburg conducted the meeting. Members also advanced plans for amending some sections of the by-laws and for continuing the mapping of areas for fires and placing markers at various homes throughout the district.

Refreshments were served in the Elks' home following the business meeting. Mr. Gowland, Vice President Richard Fry, Secretary Chris Waxier, Thorn as Harris, Elaine Colyer and Neal Baney represented the Philipsburg companies at the meeting. As he stepped on his brakes the trailer section of his truck jackknifcd into the path of the other Hall's tractor-trailer truck, traveling west. The approaching truck, driven by Charles V. Bright Jr. 34, of Middletown, hit the trailer, knocking off its rear wheels.

Damage to each of the vehicles was estimated at $1,000. State police were on the scene until about 8:30 a. m. directing traffic around the trailer until it could be'moved off the highway. The first of the Clearficd Borough accidents happened at 10:05 a.

was traveling south when it skidded into the front of the taxi. Damage was estimated at $60 to the taxi and $25 to the Goodrow sedan. Five minutes later two cars going down Cemetery Road toward Market Street collided when the first car, driven by Mona G. Davis, 42, of Morrisdale R. D.

1, slid sideways across the road. Theodore V. Rowles, 38, of Mineral Springs, driving the car behind, could not get stopped and hit the Davis car, damaging it to the amount of about $150.
