I know you got it. If not, you could just follow me on twitter? justinwcomedy. Or you could let me plug all my projects in your column? I'll think about it. Have a great weekend, and please remember to laugh responsibly. Follow Kaz on Twitter! www.twitter.com EdKaz my act is about Dwight D.

Eisenhower. Since you are playing in Asbury Park and since Bruce Springsteen may be reading this could you please say something nice about Bruce Springsteen? WILLIAMS: I love "Darkness on the Edge of Town!" Anything you'd like to ask me? WILLIAMS: Will you please download my debut stand-up DVD "Justin Williams: FRESH FISH-PRIME MEATS-BROOKLYN BREAD Justin Williams has the recipe for laughter this Saturday night By Ed Kaz! www. twitter.comEdKaz Justin Williams really wants to be Batman, because, he says, "according to 'The Dark Knight he can heal a broken back with a rope, survive a nuclear explosion and not be late for dinner with Anne Hathaway in Milan." A lofty goal, for sure. But until the estimate comes back on the tights and utility belt, Williams is more than happy making people laugh. Saturday night finds him performing amid a gaggle of up-and-coming comics at The Showroom in Asbury Park: Justin! You're from Kansas City, Missouri.

What's so funny about that? WILLIAMS: KC is a great city for comedy. Eddie Griffin is from there and so is former heavyweight champ Tommy Morrison. A white boxing champion is a joke, right? If an elderly relative asks what you do for a living, what do you say? WILLIAMS: My family loves that I do comedy, Justin Williams still likes Ike. they think I'm getting that Chris Rock money. They are disappointed to find out I'm actually getting that Chris Rock from "New Jack City" money.

What's the dumbest thing anyone has said to you after a show? WILLIAMS: "I have a great joke you should use." It's always the least funny thing ever. Are you a good heckler handler? Got any heckler-handling tips? WILLIAMS: Working mainly in New York, I've become good with hecklers. I just let them dig their own grave. For example, a couple of weeks back a guy interrupted me by yelling about how his girlfriend left him. I replied that she probably complained that he didn't listen to her.

The crowd went crazy like one of those AND1 mixtapes. When is it time to retire a joke? WILLIAMS: Never.
