Coach Bud Page has been drilling his team almost exclusively on defense. Dallas, also unbeaten in three starts, is reported to outweigh Lebanon several pounds.

Using a Dallas is said to have a fast, tricky offense and a charging line. Because of the strong showing of some reserves this week, some new faces may be seen in Lebanon's starting lineup. Bill Ellis will probably see action at quarterback as Jess Ingram's wrist is still too sore to risk. At right half Bill Conner is slated to start in place of Dean Ward. Bill Peden will start at full with Ellis or Cox as relief and at left half Dave Powell will be in again, with Bill Elkins in reserve.

Gay Baldwin is crowding Fowler at center. At guard Denny Canny is giving Denny Marvin a hard row. Another possible shift is at tackle, where Ross McCormick holds the edge over Paul McCracken. At the other tackle position will be Tony. Solberg.

Arthur Cobb will get the other guard job and at ends Lynn Hamilton and Ken Haughton have the edge. Ex- Nebraska U. Track Coach Dies Wednesday Lincoln, Oct. 19. (U.P.)en Funeral arrangements were being made today for Henry F.

A win tomorrow night would firmly entrench the local team in the driver's seat of No Name league play. Such a victory would go a long way in moving the Bulldogs toward the league championship and the state football playoffs. However, no matter how optimistic the local fans and boosters are feeling, Coach Ed Ryan was gloomy today over the game prospects. Ryan stated, "You have got, to take in the fact that Milwaukie has scored points this season to our low 14; that last night the team looked very poor as to timing; that offensively the boys made one of the poorest showings of the year as they went through their last heavy drill before the game.

"The loss of Roth and Halbig will be felt keenly," Ryan continued, "especially on the line where they both have played brilliant ball defensively. Their defensive ability could be used to a great advantage in stopping the highpowered running and passing attack of the invaders." Knowing that they must stop the Milwaukie attack, Coaches Ryan and Clyde Martin have been stressing the fact that not a Milwaukie man should have a chance to get into the clear, and to accomplish this heavy work has been put on charging and tackling. Principal Clifford Robinson of the high school stated, "I think the team will have a chance if they will get in and play football and not read how good other people seem to think they are. We hope the fans will be there to cheer the team on to victory." Fans can expect to be seated for the game with much less. difficulty than was occasioned at the Salem game, Principal Robinson stated today.

At that time the combination of an unexpectedly large crowd and the inexperience of ticket aides, due to the heavy faculty turnover, made for long waits in the ticket lines. Tomorrow night will see two new ticket booths in operation at Central field and the ticket staff augmented by the addition of experienced sellers from among Albany businessmen. Several more gates will be opened for use. These measures, combined with a larger pre-game ticket sale swelled by offering tickets at downtown stores, should allow fans to enter the stands with a minimum of delay, Mr. Robinson said.
