Michigan securities commission by the Hudson Motor Car company riday A request on the part or representatives of the company was madojor an immediate hear ing by the commission but no date was set While the application for ap proval of the stock was filed It was learned in the secretary of office that amended articles of in corporation upon which ths pro posed stock Issue must be based had not been filed It was said however that a telephone message had been received by the secre tary of office from the Hud son people conveying the Informa tion that the amended articles will be filed Saturday Yschange Is Proposed According to the application the 1200000 shares of no par stock are to be exchanged for the present stock of the Hudson Motor Car company and the Essex Motors company The present authorized stock of the Hudson company con sists of 1N0000 shares of common stock of 10 par value according to the application Of this 200100 shares are outstanding The basis of exchange is 200000 shares of Hudson Motor stock for 1000000 shares of the no par value stock The remaining 200000 shares of no par value stock are to be exchanged for ail the capital stock of the Essex company The application states that pres ent stockholdere of the company Thursday sold to a syndicate headed by the Bankers' Trust com pany of New Yok 80000 shares of the present stock of the company for 7000000 This stock accord ing to a contract made between the trust company and officials of the company Is to be exchanged for 400000 shares of the no par value stock which will be placed on the
