Sunday night pulled off a raid on the Waggoner and In the basement found McOarr and the negro porter together with a quantity of beer and whisky There were about fifteen dosen empty bottles McOarr and Hughley were arrested and made bond for their appearance in the Criminal Court The Indictments by the grand Jury are directly the outcome of the raid of Sunday and if found guilty In the Criminal
