The bodv when found was lying near a chair from which the man evidently-had fallen when stricken. Ray Beach, makin-a call at the Wenner tent, discovered the dead man and notified Kingsbury who, with a coroner's jury consisting of W. M. Ueach, A Cof-fcU, O. D.
