Shall Section 1 of Article 4 of the Articles of Incorporation as amended, be further amended by inserting just before the last paragraph of said section, between the words, "for any other useful purpose and for profit." and the words "to have and execise all the powers," the following words, to wit: purchase or otherwise acquire, own and operate cement plants, to acquire cement deposits and to manufacture cement for the use of the Association and to sell and dispose of cement to its shareholders for use on their farms at cost, and to its shareholders and others for any useful purpose for profit." As they were approved and adopted by vote of the council on 21, 1319 and September 15, 1919, copies whereof may be seen at the office of the Secretary of this Association and copies of which were published in the Arizona Gazette. The Arizona Republican and the Mesa Tribune, commencing on Friday the 26th day of September.

1919. The shareholders will vote yes or no on each proposition as they express their ratification or rejection of it.
