Rogers All In Stati nt of the Prisoner S'adinajv June At the opening of court this morning for the trial of Edward Rogers for the murder of Hnitie Mose red took the stand and testified that on tho lOthof March he was on tbo corner of Hamilton and Williams streets and saw a girl run to tho house in which the shooting occurred He heard a shot fired a woman scream and then the door opened and a woman come out and fall to the ground Robert Glenn testified that he was employed in livery barn and worked with Kogers for some time On the lOtli of March last Rogers passed the barn in the afternoon and told he had better get the morgue ready Witness asked him if he wus going to die and he said "You most always After a little more joking of that nature Rogers passed on Witness did not observe any
