arriving there will not be much change this month Tonnage for September and early October loading is being offered at six cents to Buffalo A number of boats have been chartered to load in Duluth during the first 10 days of next month at that figure The market in other lines is very quiet and contract tonnage is moving nearly all the ore Wild coal car goes are not very plentiful as stocks at the lake front are small There has been quite an improve ment In car supply during the last week and ore for direct shipment is being sent forward much faster than at any previous time this sea son A record for the seaaon was made Monday when the ddeks ship ped 5144 cars to the furnaces That was the biggest day for 1919 and 1920 and a good gain over the same day in 1918 when the docks loaded 4418
