THE IMPROVED AND ILLUSTRATED GAME OF DR. BUSBY; consisting of twenty Emlilemtttfcnl Cards, beautifully colored anil done up in heat gilt embossed case. It is just one year, (says the Publisher) since this interesting game was introduced to the public, ami during thai lime ten thousand copies have been sold. Cbl. Stone, of the JVeto York Commercial Advertiser says: "We prononncs it, without hesitation, the most moral, ingenious, and amusing thing of the kind we have ever seen Dr.

Busby and his interesting family cannot fail of affording a fund of amusement to all who become acquainted with him." rgHE MANSION OF HAPPINESS: J- An Instructive, Moral, ami Entertaining Amusement. Since this beautiful article was first offered to the public, the sale has been immense. The press have bestowed upon it many flattering notices, anions which is the following from the Boston American Traveller 'We consider it superior to the common games in point of interest and moral effect, and worthy of a more full description than we shall be able to give it. It may be playtd by any numher of fersnns around a table. The plan of the game is handsomely lithographed and colored, in a chart, in theccntre of which stands the Mansion of Happiness.

A circuitous avenue loads to this desirable residence, on which are marked, however, many appropriate emblems of trm Virtues and Vices, suitable blanks and other divisions. Then there are counters and a letotutn wherewith to conduct the operations of the game. The aim of the player is, of course, to reach the Mansion of Happiness; but there are many obstacles in the- way, and he is an expert traveil'-r who can reach the blissful abode without stumbling, and in fact without retracing hi- step- for some undesirable association and doomed punishment This cannot fail to prove one of the most altraciive amusements for a winter evening yet invented; and the moral exhibited at every move of the board, cannot be entirely overlooked even by the mosi careless. npiIE NATIONAL GAME OF THE AMERICAN EAGLE. This is a similar game to the Mansion of Happiness anil is played with a tetotum anil counters, by any convenient number of persons.
