Raven Radio Wins Award The Raven Radio, KCAW-FM, news department and former news director Steve Will are the recipients of an Award of Journalistic Excellence from the Public Radio News Directors Association. The award was announced during PRNDA's 7th annual conference, held recently in Atlanta, Ga.

The series, which focused on sexual abuse of minors, aired locally on the public radio station, as well as statewide over the Alaska Public Radio Network. It was previously selected by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting as one of its 1990 Public Radio Program Award winners.
