Mala BL Miss Isabella Weeks Bride of Newcomerstown Optometrist The marriage of Miss Isabelle Weeks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Weeks, Poland, and Or. J. H.

Waelde, son of Rev. J. G. Waelde, Mingo Junction, which took place in Memorial Methodist church in Poland Saturday, was announced here today. Rev.

Waelde officiated during the ceremony, which took place on the 24th wedding anniversary of the bride's parents. The bride was dressed in white marquisette, tailored with lace inserts, and a train. Her finger-tip veil was held in place by orange blossoms and she carried a bouquet of white roses and pink sweet peas. Miss Helen Susany of Poland, maid of honor, wore a gown of pink marquisette. Her pink bonnet was trimmed in blue and she carried blue delphinium.

The bridesmaids were Miss Mary Rita Geltch of Youngstown and Miss Virginia Reichard of Poland. Each wore blue French marquisette gowns with bonnets trimmed in pink and carried bouquets of pink carnations. Two flower girls, Peggy Jean McCauley and Carol Ann Allen, Poland, wore pink and white organdie dreses and had garlands of punk roses in their hair. They carried baskets of pink roses and baby's breath. Dr.

Waelde was attended by his brother, Donald, Mingo Junction, who served as best man. Berwyn Forsythe Youngstown and Dwight Weeks Mingo Junction, were ushers A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, with 75 guests attending A pre-nuptial dinner was attended by 25 guests. The bride was graduated from Poland Seminary high school and Youngstown Business college. She has been secretary at Poland high school. Dr.

Waelde is a graduate of Greenwich high school and Northern Illinois College of Optometry. He opened an office in Main Newcomerstown. one year ago. Mr. and Mrs.

Waelde are residing in Oakland Glen, Newcomerstown, HOLLY CLUB MEETS Mrs. Albert Thompson entertained the Holly club and additional guests at her home on North College st. Wednesday evening with three tables of bridge, following dinner at 6:30 at Smythe's restaurant. Favors in bridge were awarded to Mrs. Russell Bicker, Mrs.

Russell Gibson, Mrs. Goldie Bishop, Mrs. Charles Carroll and Mrs. trlcn Pryor. The "wonder was drawn by Mrs.

District 14 Leaders Meet Here Worthy matrons and associate matrons of district of the Eastern Stars met a Newcomerstown Wednesday afternoon and were guests of Mrs. Grover Goettge and Mrs. Chester Best, matron and associate matron of O.E.S. Luncheon was served at 12:30 p. m.
